I never got my product. Awful customer service. For every request always sending the same reply- that the product has been printed and that I need to wait longer.

I would give 0 stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pair of socks before Christmas and STILL haven’t even gotten a tracking number. I asked for a refund and they refused because the ‘socks have already been printed’. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’m going to write this review everywhere I can in hopes that no one else is scammed by this company.
