Everyone at L&I Eaton have been really nice keeping me updated about my car’s repairs and worked fast on my car and delivered my car safely back to me car looks amazing and looks brand new again.
Unfortunately someone ran into the side of my car and after talking to Motability Direct Line insurance I was told that L & I Eaton Nairn branch would be repairing my car. I got a car from Enterprise dropped off at my house. I received a call from L & I Eaton to arrange the pick up of my car. This happened very quickly. I was informed all about how my repair would go. There was an app so I could keep track on the progress of the repair. When it was completed I received a call to arrange for my car to be delivered back to me. It was delivered exactly the day and time I was told. I also received a video of the car being picked up and the drop off. Very satisfied with the excellent service I received. Thank you all at L & I Eaton, Nairn Branch.
Easy and So helpful when in contact with them. Kept you informed regularly. Told me when car had arrived at their depot. Excellent repair carried out.
Briefly and to the point, L&I Eaton (Keith Branch) did a fantastic repair job to my car with great efficiency, very helpful, informative and very professional friendly staff.
My Nissan Qashquai was allocated to Eaton ARC Leith for repairs following an accident. Car was returned with major panel gaps and shoddy alignment. Zero quality checks carried out. After the second attempt to repair it was ok. However the delivery of car back took forever with admin and the delivery team not knowing what they need to do. Kept waiting all day despite three calls to say we are coming.

They took my car in for repair, was told it would be a maximum of 10 days ( this was a lot considering the damage was minimal) 10 days come and goes with no word from these, I've rang and rang and just get cut off. You can't ever speak to anyone at the Nottingham branch you go through to Leeds.
I stressed when they took my car I needed it back asap as the loan car is not big enough for my disabled child's car seat.
Absolutely avoid unless you can be without your car indefinitely. I can't comment on the repair as I've no idea where my car is.
From start to finish was a breeze. First class communication from staff at repair centre. Kept up to date on a regular basis.
Drop off and delivery team were great to deal with.
Excellent repair job done to our car and delivered back in a spotless condition.

I am extremely disappointed with the repeated service I have received from L&I Eaton Car Repair Company through the Motability scheme.
On one occasion, it was driven back to my property with the boot left open, which is a serious safety concern. At the same time, the vehicle also had low tyre pressure. While I am unsure if my parents noticed the tyre issue at the time, they immediately realised the boot was open. This situation showed a clear lack of basic vehicle checks and care.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. Every time I have had my car repaired by this company, there have been problems. I have consistently found the staff to be rude and unhelpful, which is unacceptable for a company presenting itself as a leading repair provider in the UK.
Following one repair, the car door was not fitted properly. A mechanic had to be called out to fix it, but during this visit, they handled my white car with oily hands, leaving visible stains across the vehicle. As a result, the car had to be taken back in to be valeted, causing further inconvenience. This demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for customer property.
I also need to highlight a serious concern regarding accessibility. I have semi-paralysis on my left-hand side as a result of a brain tumour, so I specifically requested a fully automatic vehicle. However, I was provided with a car that required use of a gear stick, which I found extremely difficult to operate. This difficulty was not only experienced by me but also by family members assisting me, suggesting the vehicle may not have been functioning properly. As a result of this issue, Motability had to source a suitable automatic vehicle from elsewhere.
This caused further inconvenience, as I work and also needed to attend a funeral. Although I was issued with a taxi account, this was not a sufficient or appropriate solution for my circumstances, particularly when attending a funeral. This highlights the importance of being provided with a correct and suitable courtesy car from the outset.
I did receive an apology regarding these issues; however, I am unsure whether the concerns have genuinely been acknowledged or addressed.
Overall, my experiences have been consistently poor, stressful, and unacceptable—especially given my reliance on Motability services. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements in both customer care and service quality.
I was advised that the car would be cleaned; however, upon sitting in it, it does not appear to have been vacuumed or wiped down. There are still visible drink marks from a previous spillage (from myself).
I also attempted to raise these concerns by telephone; however, I ended the call as I found it frustratingly difficult to effectively communicate the issue with the company as did my family.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and would never recommend L & I Eaton to anyone. My experience was very disappointing, and I feel let down as a customer. Based on this, I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.

Fantastic team of people from start to finish, all friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for them, very happy with repairs and the speed in which a courtesy car was dropped off, hassle free and kept up-to-date throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have had our car repaired at L and I Eaton Keith, the experience was so easy they took care of everything, + we got a lovely courtesy car, when we picked up our car it fully valetted + the repair was excellent, i would highly recommend this garage for any repairs.

Very pleased with the work carried out on my Mercedes.
A small parking bump with a bollard, cracked part of the lower bumper. They replaced this and most importantly re-calibrated the front radar sensor, which should always be done after this type of repair.
At all times during the repair I was kept informed on the progress by the very polite and helpful staff.
The car was returned to me fully valeted to a high standard. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Would highly recommend. Great service.
My Rav4 was sent her for repair of 2 doors which were quite badly dented & scratched.
Couldn't fault them at all. From the office staff who were really professional and helpful on the phone and the driver who picked up my car was really friendly and informative, happy to answer any questions. I was kept up to date with my vehicles progress, I had access to a link where there were updates on the progress posted and texted to me, and I received calls with updates also. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and the car looks as good as new.
Would definitely recommend.
