I have been sent an email to rate my recent purchase that hasn’t arrived. When I go to tracking it still says your order is confirmed?

Hi Jade,
We have just searched your email address in our system and have located your order. We haven’t received any information from you in regards to you being unsatisfied with your order. You ordered Friday selecting standard delivery. As per the information on our website all orders processed after 5pm Friday are processed Monday meaning your lashes have been dispatched but are still on their way to you. Information regarding delivery times is available on our website and free standard delivery is 2-5 working days, we do have a option for express delivery which is £1.20. I hope this information helps but if you need any help in the meantime please contact us at info@lidsandlashes.com

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service!! I emailed lids and lashes to see which style they would recommend for hooded eyes and they got back to me straight away! The lashes are amazing quality too, really happy and will order again :)

First time ordering with this company…

First time ordering with this company and really impressed with the quality of lashes. I ordered 3 different styles and loved each design, they have a wide range of styles too which is good if you don't know what you're looking for. Amazing customer service, received my lashes within 3 days. Will definitely order again and use these in my kit with my clients. Lastly their prices are decent too.
