Stores in Latvia
Stores in Latvia. As far as we know, employees undergo a certain selection process when hired, which is said to be stricter than in other store chains, at least in Latvia. But at the checkouts, these employees probably take revenge on customers for this. They think it's normal to be rude to customers! They don't think it's necessary to help, even if the problem is more related to the store, like the incorrect operation of the Lidl Plus application. As well as the fact that, despite the presence of several service checkouts, there is actually only one checkout that has huge queues! And self-service checkouts are created only for payment card users, as if cash has already been abolished. As a result, they are rarely used by customers. I would also like to note that, for example, no one ever washes shopping baskets. They have actually been used since they were purchased. As a result, they resemble a trash can that is not washed. And all this in a grocery store.
