Booked a five day trip to a hotel in Ennis. I had to cancel owing to Covid 19 issues. Lidl breaks kept the deposit and declined to answer correspondence sent to them. Good deals offered at the expense of hotels but the organisation lacks moral principles. In future I will book direct with hotels endeavouring to get them to match the Lidl break prices.
