I ordered and paid DEMO tyres. Your delivery was also in DOT category, because you send 3 tyres produced in year 2025 and one tyre produced in year 2024.

DEMO tyres and tyres with a DOT over 36 months should normally be indicated on the product page. Tyres with a DOT under 36 months are generally not listed separately, and a 2024/2025 production date does not in itself indicate an aged tyre.
If you believe the tyres received do not match the item ordered, please open a ticket with our service after-sales team via your customer account so the product reference and delivery details can be checked quickly. Once reported, our agents will review your case and provide the appropriate solution.

Previous year tires
Good tires, but they were manufactured in previous year (summer), which was not specified. Took them anyway as they were not too expensive. No issue with delivery or order. Bought them in May 26, they were from August 25.

We are sorry for your disappointment. A tire with DOT 2224 is under 36 months old, so this information is not usually specified on the site. When properly stored, a tire of this age does not probably present a quality issue.

Initial hickups but good final experience
There were some initial hickups regarding confirmation process but the help desk person was helpful and after I sent them the bank confirmation of the purchase all was resolved.
