Poor operation (never receive the product nor money back)
They say the product is delivered, and I did not receive anything. I paid for nothing and stress. Licht Hause, give my money back or send the product again.

NEVER AGAIN. Crap quality.
Says “licht Haus Deutschland” but the order came from a crappy factory in China. It took 2 weeks to arrive and the quality is SO POOR. Looks so cheap and ugly compared to the photos, missed my two week return window and didn’t want to pay to ship it back to China, so stuck with this crappy lamp.

Ordered two glass pendants for ceiling…
Ordered two glass pendants for ceiling lights. Arrived almost a month later, not glass but plastic and without any pendant housing or wiring. One arrived over land from China and the second disappeared into the unknown. I was offered a discount for my next order (why?!) or spend another 40€ per light to return them.
