I purchased a MS Office license last year. No issues with the install and it worked fine. However, the other day my computer crashed and I used the Office tool to "repair" the software. After the repair Office told me that my key was not valid. I reached out to Licensetom, who explained to me that "lifetime" meant the key would no longer work if I " format, reset or switch devices." I did none of those things, I simply had MS Office repair a crashed app. What prompted me to write this review however, was Licensetom's "offer" to send me a new code if I sent them a screenshot of positive feedback I left them on Trustpilot. This review incentive is clearly against Trustpilot's policy. When I pointed that out, and said that if they backed up their "lifetime" statement first, then I might leave a positive review but no quid pro quo, I never heard back.

I got this to use Word on my MacBook Air. Very easy to install and use. Once I completed the purchase I got an email with simple instructions, logged into my Microsoft account and everything worked well. From purchase to download email it was a few hours, and then took half hour to install and open.

The process was streamlined and really simple to follow. The team was super responsive and answered all my questions. The prices are low but you still get all the benefits!

I am writing to formally commend the customer service I received from a representative named David, employed by Licensetom.com, a vendor from whom I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus through the Groupon platform. I had every confidence in this transaction. However, the experience that followed required an exceptional level of support, which David provided admirably.
Upon my initial attempt to install the software, the activation code failed to function as expected. I contacted the vendor and received a prompt response from David, who advised me that the code was indeed valid. Accepting his assurance, I discontinued my efforts at that time and set the matter aside.
Several months later, faced with an urgent need to complete an important document, I attempted once again to install the software, only to encounter the same difficulty. I contacted David a second time, and it was at this point that his dedication to resolving my issue became truly evident.
At David's request, I provided a screenshot of my computer screen to assist in diagnosing the problem. As I had no prior experience performing this task, I spent in excess of one hour consulting instructional videos on YouTube in order to comply with his request. Upon reviewing the screenshot, David was able to determine that my internet connection had been interrupted mid-installation—the root cause of the repeated failure.
I should note that the area of New York City in which I reside is subject to frequent and prolonged internet outages. There are periods of weeks during which I am unable to use my home computer and must instead travel to a public library to access the internet. Once a stable connection became available, I followed David's instructions precisely, and the software installed successfully. Both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are now fully operational on my home computer.
The resolution of this matter required an exchange of no fewer than 25 emails. Throughout this process, David demonstrated remarkable patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to ensuring that I was able to use the product I had purchased. His efforts went well beyond what could reasonably be expected of a customer service representative, and I am sincerely grateful for his assistance.
I respectfully request that this letter be brought to the attention of the appropriate parties at both Trustpilot and Licensetom.com so that David's outstanding service may be formally recognized.

I accidentally ordered one for windows except Mac. They were able to resolve it quick. Good service.
Can add more after installation.

I mistakenly ordered the Standard Office 2024 for Windows instead of the for macOS only. I explained the mistake to Agent David and he quickly responded the issue could have happened during the ordering process where I could have clicked the wrong version. Anyway, Agent David offered to exchange the software so I can install it in my MacBook Air with no additional charges. I was surprised how quick Agent David
provided the resolution of the issue. Thank you Agent David.

It’s a good company

I recently built a new computer and bought a license from licensetom. It came quickly through email. I ended up buying another computer and selling the one i built and needed to find another license for the new computer- I emailed licensetom on a sunday and they replied 4 minutes later stating they can help me out.

Purchased the Standard Microsoft 2024 and excellent process. Instructions extremely clear to follow, no issues whatsoever! I will use again!

Good product. They are always quick to respond to remedy any problems I have had. The products work great and are inexpensive.

My company purchased Microsoft office for me through Groupon. I had a little glitch, swapping it from my MacBook to my windows laptop when I switched operating systems. David from license tom To charge of the problem for me ,and at midnight on Saturday night helped me clear up my issues, now that’s what I call great customer service.

Customer service is very responsive and helpful. They guided me in the right direction to help solve my problem. Very courteous.

Everything went incredibly smoothly with License Tom! I ordered a Windows 11 Home License, waited an hour or two, and was happy to see an email from Agent David with a working license!

A couple of weeks later, I had an issue with my computer, and Agent David immediately responded to me when I asked him for help with my license! He was very helpful and delightful to talk with. 5/5 Stars!

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 on Groupon and received a license key. When I installed Office and used the key Microsoft said it was already being used on another computer. After Microsoft support said they could not help me because it was bought from a non-Microsoft retailer, License Tom put me on the runaround trying to fix the issue rather than giving me a brand new license or refunding me. Eventually I contacted Groupon who refunding me due to me not receiving a usable / unused license.

They were very flexible with me in helping me get the right program installed. They were also responded very quickly within 20 mins of me sending my initial email.
