Promise not kept and dreams shattered. If I had taken the written test after only reading your study guide, I would have failed the test badly. The idea is good, the format nice, but the content is badly lacking for the price charged for this guide which was advertised as all I need to pass the test. You need to try a CA written test for your self and see what I mean.

I read the LicenseStudyGuide then took the test and found many questions were not covered by the Guide. I would recommend getting the state booklet of rules and regulations instead. I did pass the test but not because I read the LicenseStudyGuide.

Not enough questions.
I bought this for my wife who is on a green card from another country. I reviewed the study guide and found it lacking. The questions and answers in the different areas were good questions, but the overall number of review questions was insufficient.
Just got a canned reply from LicenseStudyGuide.com. I thought I had been very clear and succinct in my original comment. They asked me what they could improve upon. Duh! Didn't I say there were not enough questions? Maybe they missed the title of my review also!

the guide is not worth $10
the guide is not worth $10. I can understand the need to pay for a product but...DMV is a government agency and it did not have $10 worth of information in it.
Am I missing something? Is there another booklet to teach a young person the rules of the road, our traffic laws. I would think so. I don't think our traffic laws are so simple that they can all be expressed in a small pamphlet.

The answers on the study guide did NOT match the answers on the written test. Nice try and and easy way to take someones money. Save your money, not worth the $10.
