Had compatibility issues with Microsoft 365 and Project Professional 2019. The customer service folks here went out of their way to ensure I could get both products to work together. Excellent service. By the way--if you have Microsoft 365 and want Project 2019, you must UNINSTALL 365, then install Project, then install 365 again.

Daniel Parker did an excellent job in helping me troubleshoot and install Outlook. It was up and running in no time! Daniel was a quick thinker and responded promptly when I contacted the support team.

I ordered the wrong version of the Visio software which was not compatible with the Operating System that I have - Visio 2019 requires Windows 10 at minimum and I have Windows 7.
Victoria Hudson helped me through the whole exchange process very quickly, to change to Visio 2016 with absolutely courteous and efficient service. They definitely 100% customer focused.
