Great experience overall. The London Institute of Business and Technology provided strong support and flexible learning which made it easy to study alongside work. The cybersecurity course covered practical topics like network security, incident response, and governance, giving me a solid foundation. I have found LIBT to be a great learning experience. The staff are warm and friendly and despite learning remotely, they are always on hand to answer any questions and help with the admin side of things. Likewise they send out information on possible progression routes, something which other learning organisations fail to do. I have really enjoyed the months of studying with LIBT.

Exceptional support
Before this experience, i have never heard of LIBT, therefore i was (especially due to the nature of my work) initially sceptical. However, the overall experience very much pleasantly surprised me. The customer support and overall collaboration has been exceptional. All the LIBT employees i´ve been collaborating with since the first contact have been incredibly supportive, responsive, very attentive and overall helpful. Over the past years i have been in touch with many organizations offering various types of education, including universities, professional bodies, etc. However, this experience has honestly been the best i´ve had.

I completed my LIBT Level 4 & 5 Diploma in Business Management last year. The eLearning platform was extremely useful—I often found myself revisiting the material to help retain what I had learned. While the Level 4 & 5 diploma is CMI recognized, I wish they would push for full CMI accreditation on these levels, similar to their Level 7 course, as that would add even more value.

The support I had from the administrative team and in my studies was beautiful. Amazing talented staff that will guide you to achieve your goals.
From the onset, they explain in details on Choosing program if it’s suitable for you comparing to your previous qualifications and experience, they were extremely patient to explain, and to clarify everything in details.
The brightcamp was easy to use, for my assignments and submission of assignments as well. Great experience positive learning.
From submission of your assignment to making your assignments, we’re all on the given time The whole process was smooth and clear.

Excellent experience with the London Institute of Business and Technology, from the very first interaction. The team was incredibly helpful with providing guidance and insight into the study options available, as well as what to expect next with partner universities. Very satisfied with the quality of resources and the accessibility and affordability of studying for accredited qualifications through LIBT. Responsive and supportive, the team goes above and beyond to support student success.
Great value added as well through the recent partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The experience of applying for Chartered Manager status with CMI, through LIBT, was a rewarding and growth-filled process, that provided an opportunity to reflect on, and demonstrate, core capabilities in leadership and management, founded on sound theory and evidence-based practice. It further enabled an opportunity to identify areas of development, and put a concrete plan in motion. The process is wholly compatible with pursuing post graduate qualifications with LIBT.
