200 pound loan

Got a loan 200 pound due by 30th April ive have been harassed emailed threatened with debt collectors and money added on each day for apparent missed payments what started as 240 to pay is now 280.ive spoke to them on many occasions which I have call records off but they message saying ive still not contacted them.Ive email proof stating nothing due on a date in February then the next thing missed payment and money added to account.Avoid this company at all costs
