Refused refund for faulty slide

There was faulty nothing holing the step in so your saying I can't get a refund on something I got fir my sons birthday coz I brought it weeks ago I sent the same photos look at the steps missing clip ons you can awe clearly it's dirty so I'm not aloud to buy my sons birthday stuff early this nice to know put that on ur website no rie ds if u get faulty stuff ofter 14vdats complete joke coz I brought it 7 weeks before his birthday was out our policy 2 weeks warranty
