Utterly useless return process

They will never take return and keep your money forever!!!!

I have been waiting for my return to pickup for a month. They make an excuse every time that their delivery partner tried to pickup.
They never scheudled a pickup service and never confirmed a pickup date and time.
I have lost hopes after months of chasing that they are ever going to pickup the return.

I honestly regret buying from Liefernovo.
I paid over $1,050 expecting a premium product and service, and what I got instead was incomplete and incredibly disappointing. The order was supposed to include the chair, a leg rest device that I paid extra for, and a sleeping mask/eye cover — but only the chair was delivered. The additional items I paid for were completely missing.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of response from their support team. After spending this kind of money, the bare minimum expectation is communication and accountability, and they have shown neither.
Paying premium pricing and receiving only part of the order is unacceptable. It feels careless and unprofessional, and the silence from customer support only adds to the frustration.
Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Liefernovo to anyone. If you’re considering buying from them, be aware that you may not receive everything you paid for — and getting help afterward might be impossible.

I'm updating my previous negative review since I've received the chair and happy with my purchase.

I tried a Herman Miller Aeron before and it didn't fit my body posture that well, this chair however does tick all the boxes for me personally. It's a mix between focus and relaxation and it is very comfy.

My main concern about the chair were the movements of the armrests since this has been talked about quite a lot in reviews. I was ready to add a 3D print to the chair but found the tension on the armrests to be more then sufficient by default.

Time will tell how well this chair holds up to brands like Herman Miller, but as of now I'm a happy customer and recommending it to whoever is in the market of purchasing a new chair.

Only reason for me not to give a 5 star rating is because of poor communication from Libernovo related to order processing. You can't leave people waiting for 3 weeks without an order update.

If they can improve order processing and customer support. I think a lot of these negative reviews can be converted to positive ones.

I have ordered their chair, and it has arrived in two weeks. Unpacked and assembled it according to supplied instructions.
Indeed I sat in it, my worst fear confirmed - even the bigger seat was too short for me.
I decided to try the recline function, in hopes, this would help, but on the way back something cracked. It was some sort of mechanism under the seat.
Disappointed and frustrated I packed the chair back and wrote a letter to the customer support, telling everything and adding pictures, and requesting to return the chair.
In the response I was offered to replace the seat to fix the broken part, but this wouldn't fix it's shortness for my height, so I said no and asked to return the chair again.
It has passed almost two weeks since then, with a response, that they will send the return labels for the courier shortly.
What makes me sceptical about this company is, that in the emails, they have no contact information or even signature with a name.
Guess I'll have reach out to consumer rights protection agency or something.

Delivery got delayed significantly. otherwise im very happy with how it all turned out. thanks again!

Lovely chair.
Its soft and it deleted my back problems. I also love that u can lay down and basically just sleep in it if I just wanna get a quick nap in.

The accessories are also top quality and are all worth it

I love the movement of the chair, not happy with the loose armrests…tried tightening as described but didn’t work!

My wife and I LOVE the chairs and footrest.
If I was to complain about anything would be the prolonged delivery time due to the high demand of this product.

The blanked and eye mask set matches which is nice compatibility and portable

From ordering to delivery this company gets it right! The products are quality, specifically the chair. The chair is second to none and is top notch quality and comfort. I use it 10 - 12 hours per day and sometimes even more. I use it for work, gaming and lounging, basically all day every day. I would and do recommend it to all.

Very responsive to my questions. Fast shipping and the quality of the chair is top notch. This chair will be with me for many years.

Excellent website explaining the chair construction and what it is capable of doing for your comfort and posture. Ordering online is intuitive and easy. Company kept me informed of the delivery expectations. Assembly was reasonably easy and all parts were included as well as functional. Thank you for an excellent product and service!

I'm quite happy that I decided to take a chance on this chair! Since I had never support a Kickstarter before, I wasn't sure at first, but it's fantastic. Everything about it seems well-considered, including the quality, adjustability, and support. I can now concentrate without having to constantly adjust my chair. I adore it!

This company is a scam, placed an order on Kickstarter in June 2025 and was told they would start shipping in October 2025. It is now February 2026 and not a single update about my order or shipping.

I ordered the chair with all accessiories and (as told on their webpage) expected the order to arrive this week. Since I got no shipment notification I contaced the company where they first told me that there is a slight delay and that they will prioritize my order. Since they didn´t tell me when I can expect my order I asked again for clarification. Now they told me that they cannot deliver till the end of the month!!! Update 1: Complaining seems to help. Now at least the chair (without accessiories) is on the way. :-) Update 2: Chair was delivered, but without all the additional stuff. No infos from Libernovo with regards to that. Chair is amazin, apart from the armrests (too loose, rather close to the body)

Scam? I ordered a chair on 14th of January, 2026 (order#1748) and as of February 2, 2026 it wasn't yet shipped and my emails to their "support" were completely ignored ever since. I guess I`ll have to make a refund claim with my bank if they keep ignoring me

On January 16, 2025 I ordered a LiberNovo Omni Dynamic Ergonomic Chair Pro Bundle / Moss Green / 48 cm. They include that fraudulent shipping protection scam that all sketchy online retailers are. The Pro Bundle includes an extra battery. They use FedEx which damaged every side and every corner of the delivery boxes and left them out in the weather right before a winter storm.
I never received the "extra battery" for the pro bundle, which they sell for $89 as an accessory.
I reached out to the support email they include in the confirmation regarding the missing item and have not heard back from them. Additionally, Seel which charged me $19.09 for a "Worry-Free Purchase" refuses to provide the replacement/refund for missing items that they promised when including the charge on my order. They claim it is not covered by their delivery policy despite that missing item protection being clearly included in the description of the charge.

Purchased through Kickstarter, there was a delay in shipping. It was supposed to be shipped in late December, but I received the chair at the end of January. It was disappointing to see that Kickstarter backers didn’t receive the chair first, while many people who purchased much later from the website received theirs more quickly.

FedEx delivery was not the best, as they did not deliver the chair when they promised, and I waited the whole day for nothing. Delivery happened next day without any prior notice. As for the chair its a good chair overall. Its comfortable to sit for long hours and headrest is very good. Back support is also pretty good if you like strong support. Despite this I ended up selling the chair because there were some features that I didn't personally like. Armrest are too close to my body and recline is not as good as in Haworth or Herman Miller chairs. Chair is also very soft and I find that it's good for gaming and watching movies but for everyday use and work it's too soft and it's hard to get up from the chair compared to more traditional office chairs. You really sink in to it. It's still a good chair but I would say it's not automatically the best chair in this price range. Many other brands like Haworth and Herman Miller have better warranty, quick deliveries, and their chairs feel more premium. They also have good return policies so I would maybe try chairs from those brands first.
