Horrible Customer Service and Slow Fulfillment

My wife and I ordered a conversion upgrade on 13 January 2026. We were informed that there was a 3 to 5 business day handling time before shipment. We are now 10 business days from the day after the order was placed and there has been no movement on the order and zero update provided by Liberator.

I called them and left a message for call back, did not receive a call back. Sent them a message on Instagram, have yet to get a response.

This company clearly prides itself on extremely poor customer service.

**Update 1 Feb 2026**
The kit finally arrived after massive delays in handling plus weather. The problem? It was missing several critical components like the feet. So they shipped half of what is supposed to be included. This company needs to be OUT OF BUSINESS.
