My initial consultation with Professor Erel was clear, reassuring, and straightforward, ensuring all my questions were answered thoroughly. Furthermore, the receptionist, Migle, provided an exceptionally welcoming and positive first impression.

Me and my mum both visited this clinic for different procedures. I had abdominoplasty with Prof Erel and she had facial skin cancer removal with Dr Sadri. I went in for a consultation, the doctor spent the whole time trying to upsell me to different procedures to do on top of what I was planning, and show me pictures and videos of his clients before and after, low-key insulting their before appearance. Would constantly interrupt me and shut me down whenever I wanted to ask questions or talk a bit more in-depth about my specific situation. Eventually the cost amounted to roughly double the price I was initially told, because of so many hidden costs. I told them I was gonna go with a different clinic. I'm sure he's an excellent surgeon and amazing at his job, but the furthest thing from a people's person.

I needed a skin lesion removed in my face . Communication before and after the procedure was excellent.
The place is spotless, the service is professional and the staff very attentive.
