Ordered a TV from their website (43QNED81B6C), picture quality was horrible and I initiated a return within the 14 days "change of mind" period. I have NEVER had so many issues returning an item, desp... See more

Do not pay them for disconnecting washing machines - they expect it to be perfectly simple and even if it is slightly stuck they will tell you to get a plumber and that they are unable to do it. Called a plumber he took 5 mins loosening the connection and now LG wont refund money for disconnection! They are more interested in keeping your £20 and will fob you off until you are fed up of talking to them!
LG Customer Support is Useless.
LG Customer Support is Useless.
Having now made at least 5 calls to LG customer support in an attempt to get a fault resolved, I can only conclude they just don't care about customers. They label faults as concerns, have little or no product knowledge and refuse to send an engineer to fix the issue on a product that is less than 1 week old. I will never purchase another LG product again.
Thankfully the retailer AO have stepped in, recognised the issue and offered a replacement or refund.

Disappointing customer service for a premium LG OLED TV
I contacted LG about a premium LG OLED TV that is only 18 months old. LG’s response was simply that it’s out of warranty and they will not help in any way, other than offering a paid repair.
For a high-end OLED television, UK consumers reasonably expect a much longer lifespan than 18 months. There was no investigation, no goodwill, and no acknowledgement of this expectation.
Very poor after-sales support for a brand that markets itself as premium. I would think twice before buying LG again.

LG r useless bought a LG washing machine last march 2025 it broke down on new years eve electrical fault, waited few weeks for engineer to put parts in it same day broke again same problem, still waiting no washing machine for me and my children LG should be ashamed of themselves big company and can't even replace one washing machine there should be time limit if not fixable replace it they definitely don't care about customers that buy their products
LG Repair Service was Great
LG Repair Service was great, Had Lg washer9kg direct drive bought couple of years back, developed fault (couple of drum paddles came off) LG customer services booked repair, Engineer ordered parts but it was beyond Repair, LG Provided uplift number & letter to take it to the retailer and get it replaced under 5 year warranty, was a bit of procedure but LG resolved matter, Retailer also said LG after care is better then so many brands in the market.
I will never trust LG again.
We have a Washing Machine with the serial number 201PNFS0G579.
It developed a minor fault.
We called to arrange a warranty repair which was dealt with by an LG subcontractor Pacifica.
The engineer turned up after 2 weeks, and after inspection said it was a common fault.
Despite this fact, he carried no parts.
We then waited a further 2 weeks and when he turned up today, guess what? He only had one of the parts required and we now have to wait a further week for him to come back.
By the time it is fixed we won't have had a washing machine for 6 weeks!
This service standard is unacceptable and I strongly advise anyone considering an LG Machine to think again and avoid purchasing anything from this company.
They seem to have no regard for consumer satisfaction and have obviously decided that the UK market is of no consequence to them.
LG company is the worst company to deal…
LG company is the worst company to deal with, my fridge freezer which we bought 4 years ago for £790 is not working since a week, after calling them so many times they asked for £175 for calling charges and they said simce your compressor is on 10
Yr warranty we will send the man with compressor and he will fix it, he came after 7 days and said the compressor is not working so we need to call LG again and then they will decide what to do next??? Seriously it’s been 7 days, my son has mock exams going on and the fridge freezer is not working. We bought the most expensive one thinking that I want the best fridge freezer. But seriously don’t buy LG at all…. their service centre is pothetic they don’t send their technician since they don’t have one and they outsource it to Pacifica company and these people just take the money £175 for call-out and making charges and don’t do anything. I wish I get their CEO email address and I am shaming them on LinkedIn and other platforms. No doubt they 1 star rating. I should have bought beko which is £300 or Samsung which is £500. I will put it everywhere on their marketing platform. There is an LG suck’s Facebook page. I wish I could have seen that before buying one. If anyone who is reading this review mind it they have faulty compressor in their fridge freezer and I can see lot of complaints about their fridge freezer.
Bought LG washing machine three months…
Bought LG washing machine three months ago had an engineer out two weeks ago. This is my fourth week without a washing machine. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. One customer service told me that my part was on order when I went higher up to speak to a manager, she read off the same card and then told me my part was ready. Not sure why this was as previously I was told the part wasn’t ordered, so I asked for an exchange or a refund and come and collect a washing machine. She also told me this would take 24 to 72 hours. I’ve always had Lg my last washing machine lasted me 13 years and for the price of the washing machine, you would like to think they would give a full refund or just swap like for like if I could give this no stars, I would as they don’t care as a company

Would leave 0 stars if that was an option!
My husband and I purchased an LG washer dryer model FWY606GBLN1 in June 2025 and it was not taken out of the box until the 19th December 2025 due to our kitchen renovation works taking longer than expected. As soon as the washer dryer was installed (by a professional; this was not a DIY installation) we noticed that it was vibrating excessively and making considerable amounts of noise regardless of whether the spin was set to 1400 or 400!
We contacted our insurance company and they transferred us to LG as the washer was brand new and under warranty! Here’s where LG customer service failed miserably! We’ve wasted numerous hours trying to contact them and have the issues resolved to no avail and even at the time of writing this review, after 5 weeks, they have failed to resolve the issues we’re experiencing!
They keep saying that they carry out ‘thoroughly troubleshooting’ and by that they mean that they will keep asking for videos of the issues and doing nothing but providing useless ‘suggestions’ … the same suggestions we keep telling them are not solving the issues…
They’ve sent two engineers out, one of them had a look and said there’s nothing wrong with the machine and to just use it with a full load as they apparently prefer a full load rather than a smaller one… safe to say that did nothing to resolve the issue! The second engineer tried to replace some parts that shouldn’t have even been an issue in the first place considering the fact that the machine was brand new… the issue persisted and he said that he cannot find anything wrong with the machine but that he would definitely not be happy if his machine vibrated like that… it vibrates to the point where the entire kitchen rattles and it even walks despite being levelled!
Customer service have been appalling and they keep saying the same things over and over again asking us to relocate the machine despite being told there is now way of relocating as the kitchen has been renovated and we cannot move everything around as they please!
Bottom line is that we are currently £700 out of pocket, with a machine that walks if used and having to take our laundry to family and friends as the vibrations would end up damaging our flooring!
DO NOT BUY!
Avoid LG shop at all costs
Avoid LG shop at all costs. The after sales is none exestance. Dish washer broke down after 5 months. Everything is hard work with LG. I will never purchase anything LG again.
Appalling after-sales service – Dead on arrival and zero accountability
I recently purchased a Washer Dryer (18/01/2026) directly from the LG Official Website for our new home. Upon delivery on 21/01/2026, the installation team confirmed the unit was Dead on Arrival (DOA). It simply would not power on.
What followed was a masterclass in poor customer service. After verifying the fault, LG offered a replacement or refund. Trusting the brand, I chose a replacement, only to be met with a wall of silence. No confirmation email, no tracking, nothing.
When I followed up on 23/01/2026, I was told the request "wasn't approved yet." By 27/01/2026, I was still being told it awaited approval, and shockingly, that they wouldn't even check stock levels until that internal box was ticked. I was informed that if it was out of stock, I’d have to wait 2–4 weeks—during a UK winter with no way to wash or dry clothes. The lack of empathy and basic logic (not reserving a unit for a confirmed faulty delivery) was staggering.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have a Short-Term Right to Reject faulty goods, yet I felt like I was begging for a solution. I have now cancelled my plans to purchase an LG refrigerator and TV; I cannot risk dealing with this "support" team again.
I have been forced to settle for a refund, but even this is being handled poorly. LG claims the refund will take 14 days after they eventually collect the unit and process it at their warehouse. Why should I, the consumer, be out of pocket for weeks because LG delivered a broken machine?
A premium price should command premium service. LG has failed on both counts.

Avoid avoid Avoid
Machine broke under warranty…. 7 phone calls later and repeated promises to deal with it and call me back it still hasn’t happened. Nine weeks with no washing machine. Warrentt isn’t worth anything and customer service abysmal
Exorbitant return fee
As a satisfied owner of a number of LG televisions, I responded to a recent members offer to buy another one. In the end it is not the right TV for me so I attempted to return it. Long story short, it costs £49 to return a TV greater than 32 inches to LG and they do not allow you to send it yourself so you are left either paying this exorbitant fee or keeping an unwanted item. I won’t ever buy LG again.
Awful company has cost me hundreds
Worst customer service. Washer dryer has a hole in the tub. Water all over my kitchen and flooring ruined. The machine is 4 months old with a 5 year warranty. I phoned up and I’ve had to go through “troubleshooting” there is a hole in it…. 3 calls later 40 mins each time and the last one I was hung up on as I got frustrated and that’s deemed unacceptable. I think unacceptable to charge me £175 for a repair plus parts for a machine that I’ve just bought and not even tell me when the engineer will come. No one has cared to help all they want to do is get you off the phone and read from a script and repeat themselves and everything I say. It’s like speaking to a brick wall. I will never buy LG again. I’ve spent £600 on a washer dryer and I am devastated that it is now completely useless. I’m now trying to get repair elsewhere but been told it’s not an economic repair plus my laminate floor so god knows how much LG has cost me. I’m completely devastated by this.
Purchased a LG C4 OLED
Purchased a LG C4 OLED - within a year all four HDM failed and wouldn't connect to any device. Reported to LG, initial repair date was over 21-days later; not acceptable on a premium product less than a year old. After repeated calls and formal complaint I was able to get them to proactively order parts (otherwise would have been unable to repair on visit) and get an earlier appointment but I had to work to get this. Multiple callbacks, multiple departments and written complaint. Their apology for this service was 10% my next purchase or an extra 1-month warranty.
I just want to be able to speak to…
I just want to be able to speak to someone who will listen and doesn’t read from a script. I have a washer dryer under warranty and have had 3 engineers out. I’ve been without it for 6 weeks due to a burning smell and DHe error code. LG don’t pass any info over to pacifica. I won’t be buying any more LG products. Customer services are terrible. You should be ashamed.
