So far LEX Reception has been a big improvement for our firm. Patrick was the reason we feel so great. He took the time to make sure everything was working correctly. We were sold on the fact that LEX was integrated with Lead docket, and it ended up being a tedious journey for Patrick to get setup correctly. But things are running smoothly now thanks to all his hard work and efforts.
