Read, look online and judge yourself!

1 star is because I Can not give you less!
Since you ( as I can read many places online ) don’t want to give a proper customer service or help, I feel you force me into telling everyone and everywhere about this unsatisfying situation. You act as if your above the law and you certainly don’t care about your customers! You claim your product, in this case kitchen towels is for decorating and not work as kitchen towels do, just smother he water around, not drying, BUT you do NOT write this anywhere on your website, OR tell the customer when we buy them in the store. The worst problem is that customer “ service “ doesn’t care and just dismiss everything! We will make sure everything from Lexington will go out of our house and not come back in any way. You may consider yourself as high end brand, but the service is worse than low end …. With people like you disrespecting the law and customers, it’s the worst end!

No response to anything

I have written them on repeat on the contact form. I have NO email confirmation despite repeated attempts to get thru to them. I will NEVER order again and I'd cancel if there was an option on their site

Waiting for my money over a month now

Waiting for my money over a month now. Have sent back the online ordered and paid items straight after when received them. Wasn’t happy. Looked different from the online photo. Still waiting for my reimbursement!

I have been a loyal customer of…

I have been a loyal customer of Lexington for many years and I am very sad to see the decline of this company both in terms of the quality/styling of their products and the customer service experience. My most recent order has not arrived and despite chatting and emailing with their customer services team they have not resolved the issue. My patience is fast running out. I have asked Klarna to defer payment as the goods have not arrived, are being held by UPS (useless parcel service) and despite hours of hanging on telephones I have as yet been unable to speak to a human voice other than one, who upon taking my tracking number, put me back into the system. Total mess... TOTAL MESS
