Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers encountered significant problems with their orders, including missing items, incorrect shipments, and issues with order cancellations. The customer service was frequently criticized for being unhelpful, unresponsive, and difficult to reach, with many reporting automated responses and an inability to resolve issues. Delivery services were also a major source of frustration, with complaints about delays, lost packages, and a lack of tracking information. While some consumers expressed satisfaction with the quality and fit of certain products, a notable number of people reported a decline in product quality, citing issues like fraying hems, fading colors, thin denim, and zippers breaking quickly. Some customers also experienced difficulties with returns and exchanges, finding the process complicated and unsupportive.

I bought 2 pair of Levis Jeans for…

I bought 2 pair of Levis Jeans at the Orange County California Outlet Levis Store in Orange for $137.30 on March. They did not fit when i tried it at home.
Today i went back, and wanted to exchange my Levis for other pair. The employer (girl) was very unfriendly and rude , and did not want to help me with this. So i am stuck with 2 Levis, cost $137.3o for nothing!!!!! What is this for a store. I will NEVER go back, and i will post it on my Facebook, i have 5000. friend and so does my husband , 5000 friend , he will do the same! Shame on you !!!!! You are a disgrace for Orange County! Exchange nightmare

Exchange nightmare. It would be great if sizing was consistent across the Jean type but no! each wash differs. I had to return one pair for exchange- it past 10 days and parcel isn’t moving/ advice from customer service: go to the post office and check why. Fuming. I have been a regular customer but this experience has been a nightmare. Such a big company and the customer service is a total failure

The wors customer service in the USA

I ordered from Levis.com but they send me a damagaed item. I wrote them that I want to send my item beck free, becouse it is not my fault and I'm in Europe so the delivery back price was high. I send several photos from the damaged jeans, and the customer service wrote me that he showed to their colleuge and they don't see anything, it will be ok. (It can be true if there are blind). So they cant do anything, all is my cost. That vas my last buy from Levis, I use to rder several firm fom the USA but Levis has the wors customer service. They just didnt help you, if they are the problem, you have to pay it. If you want good yourself, buy from another trademark, Levis become a peace of s.it. Orsolya

The classic 501 jeans.

Received a pair of 501's for Christmas, and they're great. They are a great fit and well made (as I'd expect). These jeans last a long time and so are good value for money. I will be buying more pairs in the future.

I ordered 2 pairs of 511s in November

I ordered 2 pairs of 511s in November, 2025. As soon as we opened the shipping envelope, my son indicated he did not like the color. We never even took the jeans out of the plastic wrap. I paid $67.50 each, for both pairs of jeans.
I immediately called Levis.com customer service, and they emailed me a shipping label.
I put BOTH pairs of jeans back into the original shipping envelope, and shipped them back, that same day.
I got email to expect a credit of $67.50 (the amount of one pair of jeans).
I called customer service again, indicating that I had returned 2 pairs of jeans, and would like credit for both. I was reassured that when they scan the jeans in, at the warehouse, they would scan both pairs.

When I got my credit, it was for only one pair of jeans.
I called customer service, and after being transferred several times, they told me that I had only returned 1 pair! Most companies would admit their error, and give me the full amount they owed. But not these guys. I called back several times, and they basically called me a liar.
To make matters worse, I called my credit card company and somehow they were convinced that I only returned 1 pair! Basically, Levis stole $67.50 from me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have purchased at least 20 pairs of jeans from them over several years. NEVER AGAIN.
NOTE: This was the FIRST time I had ever returned anything to them.

Tag on the back of the jeans

I love the pants and the new style of all the different styles the only thing I don't like is how the new tags on the back feel like cardboard and they tend to split and fall off and it gets annoying. For the price of these jeans the tag should be a little better I'm just saying!!!!

Refund Scam

Levis have a practice of intentionally delaying refunds is a calculated form of "sludge," a dark pattern designed to create enough friction that customers simply give up. By using an exhaustion strategy—relying on long hold times, broken links, and repetitive verification—companies bet that the "cost" of your time will eventually outweigh the value of the refund itself. This boosts their breakage rate, allowing them to keep revenue from uncompleted claims while improving their short-term cash flow. To break this cycle, you should move beyond their internal support loops by threatening Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or initiating a bank chargeback, which forcibly extracts the funds and often penalizes the merchant for the delay.

I love their clothing

I love their clothing. But I am giving 2 stars for the experience I had in the shop. The staff were super helpful to the point I had to almost beg them to leave me alone and just let me wonder , and if I need something I will let them know. That clearly wasnt enough , so I was pretty much followed by all the staff at all the times I was in the shop.. making my experience extremely uncomfortable and not enjoyable. I wish the staff could leave their customers alone and let them wonder and discover things on their own , otherwise it feels like pushing a sale which is quite unpleasant. This was in Southampton Westquay

Eldon square Newcastle upon Tyne…

Eldon square Newcastle upon Tyne manager/supervisor unhelpful and rude.

Hi we visited the store this evening 9th February 2026 to return some jeans - they were a gift we had the tags on them but no receipt. Staff very unhelpful. Nothing on their website says they will not return items without a receipt - we understand we would likely get a credit note. After we were declined the first time we left and did our research - we came back in and explained this was likely an online order as it was a gift - only then did they help. Unable to find an account they were bought from they said there was nothing they could do - the manager or supervisor (we don’t know her name as she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving it out) when we asked her name she said she was the manager… then said she was the supervisor on shift.. still not sure what her job title was but she had dark long hair. Anyway she said they do strict audits now and there was no way she could return them for us. Anyway we left the store with our jeans after getting some lovely looks from the 2 rude staff members.. we rang customer services from outside who have agreed to return the jeans. Next time don’t bother going in just go straight to customer services!!! Shocking

Loyal customer was ripped off!

After being a loyal customer for over 50 years I am so disappointed with the company and the way they treated me when I was supposed to receive a warranty replacement pair of jeans but received someone else’s order instead. After contacting customer support they made it my responsibility to return the product sent to me by mistake. They refused to have the product picked up at my house , instead they expected me to drive 20 miles to a FedEx return store and drop it off before I could even receive the product I never got! Customer support is so bad the woman I spoke to was very hard to understand due to her accent and that’s when the problems started. I was in contact with different people that I was hoping could fix the problem but that never happened only more issues with each person that I was in contact with! They don’t care about the customer just want you to be careful with orders from them online ! If you can buy from a retailer so it will be easier for any returns. After all the problems with them I sent them a message to stop anymore contact to me due to all the issues with them. I never received the jeans and donated the jacket I couldn’t use because it was too small for me.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing experience with Levi’s customer service. I bought a pair of jeans and the tailoring was faulty. Even though the problem was confirmed in store, customer service would not offer any solution unless I return the item to their quality department. This felt unreasonable and inflexible as I risk losing the jeans. Sadly, this experience has made me stop buying from Levi’s.

Horrible horrible horrible quality and even worse customer service! I returned a pair of jeans which they did not register and sent me the invoice I klarna. it’s been a regular battle to just get them to understand what my issue was even about and now they said they handles it but the invoice in Klarna is the same.
