Lever is the best ATS. Lever is intuitive and makes organizing candidates easy. Lever is responsive to feedback and makes updates accordingly.

My onboarding with Jeffrey was absolutely outstanding !

Pros:
- Great customer support/setup
- Intuitive software
- Fits even a small team of 3 and can grow with us for a while
- Tracks all activity related to candidates

Cons:
- Wish we could customize "archive" stages ourselves--not quite fully customizable on our own, but can do it through customer support

Love how much time this has saved me! My first ATS at a rapidly growing start up. This has provided a lot more visibility into recruitment pipelines for our hiring managers. Very happy so far.

Amazing product with a super clean interface. The workflow tools automate a bulk of the manual work of recruiting.

Lever is phenomenal! As an experienced Recruiter, I've used Lever, Greenhouse, and JazzHR, and Lever is by far my favorite! Lever can be implemented quickly and easily, and is a great price for the value. It's a very intuitive system and easy to use, thus ensuring 100% adoptability amongst employees and interviewers. The scheduling within Lever is easy, Feedback forms are straight forward, and the UI is sleek!

Allowed us to scale our global talent pool in an organized manner while automating the entire process, from gathering details, reaching out to candidates, vetting/testing and eventually assigning recruits to current ongoing projects.

Lever gave us the ability to gather every resource in a single place with all their details, CV, notes, Email threads and communication. The fact that if you're approaching hundred of candidates at any given point in time, the flow is automated and moves each candidate from one stage to another. This really helped us ensure nothing falls between the cracks or that we missed a chance to reach out to a great candidate.

great product and excellent team for support if you need it!

A former employee signed us up for Lever and then left without completing our onboarding. I inherited the responsibility to manager Lever, but have very limited knowledge about how to operate any ATS, let alone Lever specially. I was floundering a bit until Lever reached out about continuing our official onboarding process with them. They set up 2, hour long Zoom video calls with me to walk me through how the platform works and suggest some basic best practices to making the most of it. My onboarding rep, Jeffrey, kindly answered all of my questions and patiently waited as I took copious notes of his demonstrations. It was probably the best and most comprehensive onboarding to a platform that I have ever received, especially since we're a relatively small account as a 30 person company.

Otto was fantastic to work with during our implementation of Lever. He was super responsive and clearly answered all of our questions. Lever is meeting all of our needs as an ATS.

Lever is a strong ATS and crm. we are enjoying it very much. the support staff is solid! our dedicated support specialist is so so available to us. feels like a partner vs a vendor...

There are some overt failures (at the moment) with the platform. For example, there is no video conferencing integration (no Google Hangout links) can be added to the Easy Book Links functionality in Lever, which effectively makes the feature obsolete... unless you send 2 invites to the same person for the same event (at different times). Crazy right?! The first invite will schedule the interview and then you must cancel the scheduled event (interview)...then resend another calendar request, but this time with an externally created google hangout link. this is so unbelievably redundant that it makes me mad :/

Once this and some other features are updated.... will be a much happier (at more effective) camper...

We needed a serious update from old legacy email and spreadsheet tracking process. Lever has been an instant upgrade - which is a slight understatement given all the additional features (email and calendar sync, Nurture Campaigns, etc.) and integration it offers (e.g. Slack, LinkedIn, etc.). The user interface is also key given how easy it is to build email templates, feedback forms, etc. It's intuitive and enhances the ability to coordinate across the organization - not just Talent and HR, but Hiring managers, interviewers, etc.

The team at Lever has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful going above and beyond any other ATS I've used to answer questions and get me well situated to use the great, powerful system.

Roy has been amazing through every step of this process, taking extra time to ensure that all resumes were correctly uploaded & matched to the candidates brought over. We're very happy with Lever & the support Roy has provided the entire way. Thanks so much!
