Our Lever Experience Has Been Amazing from the Beginning
Our experience with Lever has been amazing since the very beginning. We built great relationships with our Account Executives and then with their IT representative and our Implementation Specialist. We had our glitches and questions along the way but those relationships we built helped us to obtain the support we needed when we needed it. And the tool itself has been a game changer for us. We are able to offer recruiting services to our clients like never before. We are very excited about what this awesome technology will bring as we continue to build out the platform and data. Fantastic Experience!
Lever makes it really easy to fill in feedback forms while pulling up the candidate's resume in the same screen so you can keep inputting notes while cross referencing their resumes.
Having to cancel an entire interview to change the feedback form is a bit of a hassle. Not being able to also do a mix of bullet points and paragraphs when creating a job makes it a bit tricky as well but we are looking forward to seeing what else Lever has to offer as we start using it.
third party website with annoying bug
What’s up with this waste-of-my-time third-party-website I keep using to apply for jobs that can’t fix their stupid bug whenever I try uploading resume and submitting the application?!?! IN-E-FFICIENT. You all are messing up my job search. Thanks for all this extra manual labor—it’s 2022.

Lever is such a user-friendly tool and a huge improvement for us!
I love the UI/UX of Lever. It's super user-friendly and easy to figure out overall. Lots of capabilities we didn't have before. Compared to the solutions I've used before (JazzHR and BreezyHR for smaller businesses), it's like night and day. SO much better.
There are some features that are missing/need to be improved. They aren't dealbreakers, though. For instance, you can't manually update job posting dates. Also, the site doesn't have many partnerships with free job boards allowing you to automatically push out postings to them. It's integrated with LinkedIn and has a recent integration with Indeed as well, but that's it. If you want postings on other job boards, you have to manually do it, which is a decent amount of work.
We weren't able to successfully build a robust database previously. Lever allows you to do that in an organized way. Also, the metrics/reporting capabilities even within the enhanced package is far superior to those I've used previously.

My company, ALAMI started to use Lever recently and it turns out the system was so fulfilling to support our recruitment tracking and report! Big thanks to Ally Nguyen who helped us along the way and patiently guide us on the tutorials for best usage.
Versatile Recruitment Tool
Lever is a great tool for organizing and managing high-volume or niche recruitment pipelines. It also integrates well with complementary tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various tech assessment platforms. Also, Ally Nguyen in implementation was awesome support!
I am looking forward to future improvement in the data analytics capabilities of the platform. In its current state, the user experience does not feel intuitive or easy to navigate. One thing to consider would be how a recruitment manager would seek to track their team's progress. I know it's in its early stages so can't wait to see future releases!

We hire similar skillsets across the USA. With Lever I can develop candidate relationships and match them to multiple opportunities easily. As a single recruiter for more than 50 openings, I'm more efficient than ever. I utilize LinkedIn Recruiter search that seamlessly integrates with Lever and helps me track potential applicant reach outs, and puts my hunt on the next level! Implementation was an easy, guided process that left me as an expert and ready to recruit!

Excellent product, excellent support team
Excellent product, wish that we made the switch sooner. Its made our team more efficient, has given insight into a ton of different metrics and trends that we didn't have, and has been seamless in integrating into the systems that we already had in place. Our implementation specialist Paul was also awesome!
Great ATS for startups
Great ATS for startups! Easy to implement, easy to use and the support team is very helpful and responsive.
Worst business decision you can make
Implamented lever over a year ago and we have huge issues that are not fixed.
Firstly, everything keps on braking all the intergrations kept on resetting and the lever support team are not helpful.
We migrated from Gsuit to Microsoft and every system was locked out, every person including my self, it took 3 weeks for them to fix, i was recieving the same information over and over and over again (standard script) finaly someone in the US team fixed it but the problems didnt end there.
Our Head of engineering is locked out for over 2 month, it took us 1 month to get them to show up to a call (tried to cancel it an hour before) and put in a temp solution that doesnt really work, no folllow up in a month to see if its working, when i do follow up i get no SLA or no update.
Pointless having a recruitment system that no one can use really due to constant outages!
Its always great when you go to send offers and they keep on failing through the system, im on about 4 tickets s everytime i send a new one there seems to be an issue. So we tend not to really use any of the functions, as they brake - reletlessly and are more hasstle than they are worth.
The sales team are ok, they do try and resolve situations but thats not there job really, my issue is with support.
This system if it works, would work for a start up, but certainly not worth implamenting anywhere else, it doesnt have the support function to help any larger orginisations.

Lever is absolutely incredible. I was introduced to Lever at my previous company. When I came to my new company, I was not pleased with the ATS we were using. Because I was so impressed with Lever, I presented it to my colleagues, and they were on board! My favorite things about Lever in a nutshell: Lever is user-friendly, and their customer support is fantastic. It allows for smooth communication between recruiters and hiring managers, a consistent hiring process across the board, etc. I cannot say enough good things about this ATS!

Make the Switch to Lever!
Switching our ATS to Lever was one of the best decisions we have made in 2021, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist team. Getting hiring managers to respond to candidates can be difficult, but we have had much more communication with them since switching due to being able to review and respond to candidate profiles through email. Not to mention our Account Executive Julia Graham and Implementation Associate Ally Nguyen have been AMAZING with communication and support.
