PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Customer service is appalling and user experience on their platform is horrendous.

Platform and user experience is a 0. its slow, the platform is very laggy but worst of all, using a SL doesn't work and alot of time doesn't register on the app and no its not slippage.

I was in a trade at 6:30PM GMT on gold, there was No impacting news at this time, markets had heavily slowed down, no slippage etc and despite having a SL set on my trade, which would have been -300 loss Instead the platform allowed the trade to go -$900 and I reached my maximum daily loss limit!

I was in positive equity on the account at the start of the day by over $1000 into my challenge.

I raised a complaint as there was no sudden price movement it was just another error/glitch on their system, i was told they can see my set SL and they would have to raise a ticket for it to be looked into..

16 DAYS LATER....and after 5+ follows ups I've heard nothing, which is absolutely ridiculous and and disgusting from a business prospective. I keep getting the same response 'ticket has been raised just have to wait.

I've honestly never known Customer service like it, and at so early on in the customer experience process, if they can't even respond to a position query, this gives the user absolutely no faith that payments would be made on time or if there was any query regarding payment or anything just know it will never be dealt with.

Please don't waste your money, use a reputable firm/company. Worst experience I've had with a propfirm.

They manipulated my account to force failing my challenge. I contacted their Customer Service and they kept going back and forth trying their best deny manipulating my account. Leveled Up Traders is a scam and 90% of the 5stars reviews you see here are fake. I will contact the Police and report Leveled Up Traders.

Leveraged is not what they say it will be. Support sucks.

Scammer alert!! Stay away from these guys if you value your money & time. They never helped any of us old customers from before the shutdown in 2023 and when you reach out to them about it, they act clueless. If they shutdown again you won’t receive owed payouts. BEWARE!!

Reached out to support twice now regarding the legacy account credentials that was supposed to be hitting our inboxes at the latest on the 6th of May, with zero response on the matter.

Received the emails stating I should be getting the credentials as I was a legacy customer of the last prop firm that these folk have taken over from. But I have got nothing and it's looking like 150k of funding has disappeared forever.

Just another firm to move on from and not waste your hard earn time or money on them.

No Response from support, emailed several times directly from their site and from my outlook!
As this is the only means in contacting them it seems for whatever reason the email goes unnoticed.
I had an account with LUT which was supposed to have been switched over to their NEW platform in April 2024 and hasn't. Maybe others are in the same boat maybe i'm just unlucky...
