Mistake on custom embossing

Mistake on custom embossing.
Unfortunately, I paid $15 AUD extra for custom embossing, which was ordered to read 'Maddison'.
The notebook I received says 'Madd!son'.
I emailed Leuchttrum1917 about this mistake weeks ago and have not had a response from customer service. The notebook was intended as a gift so I was very disappointed with the mistake.

Like Finding Lost Gold
I absolutely love the LEUCHTTURM1917 Whitelines notebook! I was sad to see that LEUCHTTURM1917 has discontinued this item. Finding a stash of them at LEUCHTTURM1917 Australia was like finding hidden treasure. I ordered four and they shipped them to the USA quickly. The Notebooks arrived in perfect condition. Thanks for making this particular American very happy. Now, if they can just convince the home office to start making Whitelines notebooks again… ;)
