Always helpful, had a great experience with Orange but unfortunately had to cancel due to unavailability of (Fiber) due to construction which is going on since July 2024, i had no choice but had to forcefully cancel. Orange is the best.

Hidden Cost. The site allows you to send a contract termination letter ( I was resigning from an internet Contract). Cost looks reasonable at a few euros, but what you do not see is that you are signing up for a monthly fee of 49EUR.The only way I found out was that I had used another similar site the same day which I then noted was ripping me off...you only have a few days to resign. At least this was rectified with a phonecall...at what cost the phonecall I do not know.

Don'nt work. they get paiement and I can't access my account
It has been impossible to access may account. The forgetten pass word did''nt work. I called the service but the guy said he doesn't find the account , but he has alle the proff.
So I stopped the process and used "la poste.com"
To day my bank account show a 1.49€ payment. I send them and hope to qet a complete refund

The site is a thief
They make us believe that we only pay for the letter written. They made money with my bank card to take more from me. I call my bank to start a procedure to find my €39. In total, they collected €40.49 from me with the letter which was paid.
