Sam very diligent and sympathetic when dealing with customers issues

First company called to sort out policy, it was a friendly efficient service. I spoke to somebody called Alex who was more than informative offering me the policy to suit my needs. He wasn't forceful he explained everything, I was more than happy with the end result.

I had a very good experience with James over the phone. He understood what I needed, had a good chat, and even great banter, would recommend.
