Neil fitted our laminate, friendly guy and very professional. Arrived when he said he would the flooring looks perfect. Would defo use again

Felt like we had known Adam years, the way he came in and greeted us and kept up conversation. Even gave the dogs attention! He was so lovely and friendly. And ontop of that did an amazing job with the fitting of our flooring! It looks better than expected! Highly recommend

This was my second carpet from lets pay weekly. Mark is really friendly and professional, the fitters came when they were supposed to and its great.
Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent service from start to finish I love my new carpet this is such a polite company very helpful there was no pressure to carry on I could off said no at any time plus I've used them before so that helped me decide what I wanted fitted nicely

Brilliant service followed by brilliant fitters

Cancelled/changed my original install date to over a month later after already waiting nearly a month to come and i ripped all my old carpet up in preparation for this and with two toddlers as well not acceptable and then i was told i could change my payment plan and lower it to £40 monthly by the guy i booked everything with as I couldn’t really afford to pay £67 a month so when i called they told me I couldn’t change this so and then had to hire my own fitters for this as i could not wait till December for the flooring to be done for them to then cancel on the day of delivery as the guy was sick and told a new driver will come the next day to find out its the same driver from the day before coming into my house ill not caring at all disgusting especially with my ill health and then he then tells me they dont have the same colour beading for my flooring so now looks rubbish as i had no other choice and then for him to be sexiest over my fitter being a female disgusting service so far will not be using again nor will be I recommending

Brilliant customer service. Perfect job. Booked in with little wait times. Reasonable prices. Big thanks to Jonny Sal my representative. Will be booking another room in soon. Much better then other companies who have ruined my brand new home putting flooring in the wrong rooms and damaging my wood etc. No trouble from let's pay weekly at all :)

told the guy at the time I wanted the carpet fitted didnt find out til the day before the carpet was coming it didn’t even go through for fitting and apparently there wasn’t any fitters available in my area at the time. Zero communication or help!
