I saw leggings on their web page, they looked great, stretch type denim, well styled, I ordered them and they sent leggings that didnt look anything like those on their page, the fabric is so cheap and they have no style or decent tailoring, they remind me of something you would get for a few quid off a weekend market stall. I'm having a lot of trouble just trying to get a refund. I will never buy from these again. I dont recommend them at all

No stars should be what they get. Got my order today after nearly a month, ordered two hoodies, horrendous looking, nothing like pictures, ordered two shorts, hideous looking, ordered two medium, got sent one medium and one large, large is actually smaller than medium, would advise not to order anything from here

I ordered what looked like a lovely jumper with sparkly 🍷 wine glass and 🎅 hat . What arrived was a giant long sleeved poor quality T-shirt with dull transfer on front front . Absolute rubbish !!!! Don’t know where to start with returns - Facebook should not allow this site to advertise .. what they show is definitely not what you get !!!!!

What you see is not what you get!!! The material is cheap and the sizing is smaller than what expected. I’ve sent multiple emails to return all items minus 1. Ice continued to give them the information they want and now they want a video..really? I would be happy to pay shipping on the return and I’m not interested in exchanging any of it. They still won’t provide me with the information I need to return it. So lesson learned, read all the reviews before placing an order.

this order took 2 months or more to arrive, absolute rubbish, I have contacted the several times and they suggest I give it away, they offered me 5% refund if I pay to return goods. I spent over $500 AU, the clothing looked beautiful on the website & is not what I received

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, it's completely garbage...what I ordered from the pictures wasn't even close to the same style, cloth texture and size, the stitching was so bad it wad laughable except for the money that I had paid. There's no way to contact customer service "off line", this whole scam should be investigated and I should have done my research!!! Is there a minus stars possible?

Product does not match pictures seen on website. Despite taking measurements the size chart is inaccurate and the quality of the product is poor. Supplier is unwilling to return products and provide refund. Supplier states if products require return that buyer is responsible for all shipping and that refund will only occur once product is received. After paying $150 supplier is only willing to refund $20. Product is not worth it!

The clothes look beautiful in the pictures and these type of clothes are difficult to find. However they seem to send the order to China to be made up and always use fabrics inferior to those specified. Instead of cotton which feels nice and is environmentally friendly my top was some shiny nasty man made material. Obviously a lot of work had gone into copying the design but I hate the feel. Don't Letspants realise people would pay a bit extra for the materials advertised on their website!!

my child ordered something without me knowing. I tried to cancel it.. they shipped it out.. now it is lost and they won't refund my money .. I am very pissed off and out of 70.00 ... they are ignoring all my emails

Absolutely rubbish ! The tops they sent are massive & cheap looking. I have asked for a returns address but they will not send. Just offered me $5 to keep them ! I dont want this trash ! It took 6 weeks for them to arrive They took my money & now Im stuck with them & they have my money ! DONT Order from this company ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Absolutely trash, they copied other brands and made really ugly versions. Their customer service do not answer your emails. Their clothes are all made with cheap polyester and looks NOTHING like the ones in pictures. A HUGE SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Like so many others, I had a terrible experience with lets pants. For example, a top I ordered in 3X gets like a Large. An XL fit like a Medium. And the sleeves hit 1 to 2 inches below my fingertips, as if they'd used an orangutan as a fit model. Communication with them was useless, as they asked, in very poor English, for me to provide info I'd put in my first email. They've refused to give a US returns address.
I will be having my bank do a chargeback, so that lets pants does not have my money for the trash they sent.
EVERYONE - DO A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! DON'T LET THESE CROOKS KEEP YOUR MONEY!

Just don’t bother they clearly don’t have any quality control threads hanging and seams on the outside. Nothing like the advertised picture. I wish I could include photos so you could see. You can’t even leave a review on their website so you can’t warn others !

The item I received had nothing to do with the photo on the website and they're refusing to refund me my money.

I only gave one star because I have to. I wish I had of read reviews first. Took for ever and literally garbage arrived, one shirt sewn completely inside out! So sad to get ripped off, especially during Covid when money is hard to com by. These were to be Christmas presents, ow I’m just out all that money. Be advised DO NOT BUY

Don’t buy from this company. They don’t accept returns (I have asked 7 times for the returns address and finally they got back to me asking me to consider keeping the clothing and giving them to my neighbours as a gift!) and their customer service is shocking!

Awful, just awful. Top is so poorly made. The material is poor quality, but even worse the finishing is dire. There are no seams, the material has literally just been (badly) cut. No finishing and no seams. Where sleeves have been sewn on they are fraying. Completely unfit for purpose. Do not touch this company under any circumstances. I've requested company address so that I can pursue via small claims court.

Took weeks to arrive. Look nothing like the ad. Very cheap and poorly made. Tried to get in touch with customer service to no avail.

Avoid like the plague, took weeks to receive a bag full of trash and rags, nothing like the pictures, cheap, unfinished, nasty tat, this company are 100% scammers. I wouldn't even use the so called clothes as dusters, wish I'd looked on here first.

HORRIBLE Fitting Clothes!! I'm normal size on length & lean.. which is exactly what their clothes seem to offer via photos..
I even ordered a large incase it ran small in size & shrunk due to washing. It took over a month to get the ONE shirt I ordered!
Once I received the this Cheaply, thin made, ill fitted shirt I was beyond disappointed😥!!!
Their website is in no way what it seems… do not purchase from them!!!!! So disappointing
