False advertising on promos
I signed up here thinking, finally, a site that cares about players after the first deposit. They advertised these huge tournaments, like for Book of Billionaire. Sounded amazing. I actually waited a few weeks to play because I wanted to get in on that action. When I went to register a few days ago, it turns out you need to be VIP level 2 to even qualify. There was nothing about that in the initial advertising. It felt like bait-and-switch honestly. The games loaded alright and the layout was decent but this detail really soured the experience. I was really looking forward to it. Completely misleading.
