Great service, but unfortunately they now seem to have run out of funding and the team are being made redundant.

It's a shame as we'd very much like to have bought a mortgage from them...

We had a really great experience with Burrow and specifically Paul and Kiran who were very professional, responsive and accommodating. Our mortgage lender took some time with the underwriting process and Kiran and Paul helped to move everything along as swiftly and efficiently as possible. I'd highly recommend the team at Burrow for anyone looking to purchase a new home or refinance an existing property.

After being messed about by two banks, I requested Burrow find me a mortgage that suited my requirements. Angela and Kiran did an amazing job of finding me a mortgage within budget that ticked every box. My remortgage has now completed and I cannot commend Angela and Kiran enough. The level of service I received with Burrow was exceptionally high from start to finish.

My Mortgage Adviser (Sevve Stewart) was patient, well-informed and presented information in a way that was easy to understand. As a result, I was able to make decisions with the confidence that I understood the options available to me and felt comfortable that I could meet the monthly repayments.

Obtaining a mortgage had seemed overwhelming and extremely daunting before speaking to Sevve. I am extremely grateful for his help and would have no reservations in recommending him, or Burrow, to anyone.

It has been a number of years since I last took out a new mortgage and the process seems to have become significantly more onerous. Initially I tried going directly to the lenders but they would not offer me nearly enough funds. So I thought I'd give Burrow a go to see if they could do better. I was attracted by their online capability, the fact they could give you an initial estimate of potential borrowings immediately. This was then followed up with a very extensive and clever online process to capture all the relevant information. Burrow managed to find me lenders who would provide the appropriate funds at very competitive mortgage rates. Whilst the online stuff was clever, it was the personal touch I was most impressed with. The initial consultation over the phone worked well. After that we must have exchanged many emails but all were answered promptly. When the lender was dragging their feet and asking for more and more unreasonable information (in my opinion!), Burrow worked very hard to push through the application and chase the lender. So whilst the whole process seemed to be long and time consuming, Burrow certainly made it much easier for me and it is unlikely I would have got the mortgage without them. They are a new start up but I would thoroughly recommend them as professional. knowledgeable, responsive and friendly.

Found me a great rate and didn't have to pay broker fees - winner! The process on the whole was pretty good and friction free, the only thing that could be improved was better clarity on the documents being requested e.g. we were asked for copies of our accounts (self employed) so we requested these from our accountants and sent through...only to then be told we needed signed copies. Different versions of this story happened with several different documents and I did end up thinking if you know exactly what you need, then tell me EXACTLY! But overall this was a minor frustration and my assigned broker (Paul Tait) was knowledgeable, in frequent contact and happy to provide advice as we went through the process.

I have recommended to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

I'm sure the guys at Burrow are watching these reviews so I hope that the minor process bumps regarding being more specific on document requests are ironed out and the service continues to get better.

Superb service and such professionalism. I had almost given up on a solution for my buy to let remortgage having been turned several times before and Burrow under the guidance of Angela and Kieran came racing to my aid. With a very good proposal and subsequent mortgage offer.

I was looking to remortgage and I have to say that Giuseppe and the Burrow process was brilliant. I tried some other online brokers and it was all chat based and I really just wanted to speak to someone. Burrow recommended the right mortgage for me and timescale and moved heaven and earth to fix my mortgage with 30 mins to spare before the interest rate rose on the product. I really appreciated I didn't have to meet someone in person and the customer service was excellent.

Paul was Professional and helpful in what can be a stressful experience.
I would recommend Paul and his team to everyone in the current market especially if you're self employed.

Being a first time buyer I didn’t know where to begin with buying property. I was recommend Burrow by someone who’d simply read about them online. I was attracted to the simplicity of the service and the fact you could text/whatsapp etc, so submitted a form online and it was shortly followed up.
The service I have received has been nothing short of impeccable. Paul, the broker assigned to my case was informative, knowledgable, and incredibly helpful. Always willing to help on any queries, even unrelated to Mortgages, but in regard to house purchasing in general. Without Burrow I hosnetly would have struggled with the whole process.
I had problems with the solicitors I was using, and they had no problem in assisting me, even making direct contact with the solicitors and the estate agents.

I thoroughly recommend Burrow to anyone looking to take out a mortgage or remortgage. I will definitely be looking to pick it up with them again in a few years when I am due to remortgage.
