I ordered a bubble ball months ago for my grandson . I paid $25 at the time of ordering. I have heard nothing and not received the ball after numerous emails sent. This cannot be a legit company ??? Or a very appalling service and staff 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I saw this company advertising a product which was a little case with two swabs within, one for applying eye makeup the other for cleaning ears. I wrote and said I'd just like two of the ear ones, and the reply was if I bought one set another would be sent free so I would then have two of each. On this promise I paid for the case, £10. One arrived and the other never has, in spite of me asking for what I was promised by TeamLeSwab. Either sending me another case or refunding £5 would be nice.
