Horrible customer service experience. Product not as advertised

After an ordeal of 3 month to receive a suit, I received an item that was not what I ordered. Completely different from the picture, color and pattern. No way to contact them by phone. They have an email address that many times doesn't receive messages because it is full. Their size system is deceitful and originally they sent my order in the wrong size to a wrong address in another state. Then, they claimed they were customizing my suit because it was a large size. That was a lie. They sent a poor substitution in my size, not customized at all. It came all wrinkled in a small cubicle box. Horrible experience overall.

Absolutely a horrible experience

Absolutely a horrible experience. I ordered the pink tuxedo for a Senior Ball. I ordered a size larger having never ordered any clothes from Europe. It took five weeks to get, so I wouldn’t have any time to have it altered. It came from China in a seven inch box; all three pieces stuffed in a plastic bag crammed into a tiny box. I also had to pay a 20$ tariff once it arrived. The tuxedo was poorly made and nothing like the picture. It was probably a size 2 or 4. I wear a size 6, but ordered an 8. When I went to send it back, to France, UPS said it would cost over 300$. I emailed the company several times and was told they’d pass on my complaint to higher ups. That was the 2nd week in June. I’ve heard nothing and don’t expect to. Bad, bad experience, but I learned a lesson; don’t order anything from this company who claims to be in the UK.

LATE DELIVERY & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered on March 11th and the website says within 15 days I should have received. Up to now, no receipt of my order yet in my account, it shows the order is fulfilled. I wish I saw the telltale signs on their social media pages. Buyer beware!!
The customer support also gave a tracking number that is non-traceable on other tracking sites. That tracking number has been stuck on 'Cargo handling' for the longest.

They are not accountable as well. They issue soft threats when you call them out on their incompetence and delays. My email to them was blocked on April 1 when suddenly their designated email on their website did not exist ( I just can't attach a screenshot)

24th April 2025:
On 14th April, my sister received the delivery on my behalf. That is more than 30 days from the date I should have received the delivery.

FYI : Their customer support only acts PROMPTLY when you become firm on receiving the goods and will send emails about involving their legal team on you.

So I received my goods but overall service is not welcoming and not accurate especially delivery dates. For a first time customer this is appalling.

They continue to send harassing emails to me to take down my review and mention to take it up with their legal team. This only should inform you what kind of company they are.

Extremely poor customer care

I made an order on the 14th of February 2025. As per the company policy delivery is done after 10 to 12 days.
However on 4th March 2025, an email to the company went unanswered. A follow up today has also been ignored.
I still don't know the status of my item yet I have paid the full price in advance as required.

If item is unavailable can I be refunded my cash immediately.

I ordered a sweater,no communication after confirmation even tho they said they ship in3-5 days. After several heated emails to them a wk n1/2 later they responded & said they would send. Sweater doesn’t look like their pic,weird sizing- doesn’t fit.For a return they said has to be sent to Uk at MY expense,even tho return address says Chicago.🤔 For a $ 26 sweater,no thanks. Wouldn’t consider ever ordering again from this company.

They are a scam

They are a scam. I once ordered goods and after paying they stopped picking calls and replying to my emails. I reported the case to the police and the lady was rude and did not come to the police station when summoned. Finally, they delivered 2 out of the 5 goods that I had ordered.

I ordered a coat in XL

I ordered a coat in XL. Not only was it not the right size, but after I requested an exchange for a bigger size (which they approved), when I sent it to the UK (expensive because I'm in America) they refused it, sent it back, and now won't respond to any email. I've sent them about 5 emails with no response. This company is so unprofessional.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Possible scam

Possible scam. I made a payment around $80 to them for shoes. Decided I didn’t want the shoes anymore and asked for a refund before they even shipped. I placed the refund on December 16 and I contacted them about how long it would take, and was told around 5-10 business days. It’s January 5th and I still haven’t received my refund. When I type anything via chat, such as “view refund policy” the message sends perfectly fine. However, once I try to contact them about this, the message “fails to send” and I’ve tried multiple times! I’d say I’ve been scammed.

Unprofessional Vendor

Total scam, unprofessional outfit. I paid and received 2 pair of shoes. One pair was what I wanted, the other something completely random and ugly (like they were clearing their shelves). Their online return policy is so anti-customer. (Goods must be returned within 30 days after placing order or 7 days after delivery) They require you to contact their poorly functioning website to file for a return in the first place. Once I got that number after 4 days, it would not work on the returns page because it kept generating errors. Only hope is that you can have some credit card protection.

Their size guide is WAY off

Their size guide is WAY off. Based on their measurements in the size chart, I ordered a large. What came was more like a small (at best). Top was 4 inches away from buttoning at all, couldn't even get a leg into the pants. No shipping receipt, return policy is pre-Amazon level of difficult. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

A BIG SCAM

A BIG SCAM. Ordered a jacket, it arrived months later 2 sizes too small and faulty missing buttons. Emailed them right away but never heard back . Emailed another 3 times until when they did write back they told me it was too late to exchange!

I Ordered a green pantsuit in January, that did not fit even after I selected it based on their sizing chart. I am a size medium and ordered a large that was still too small. I reached out to the company via email (since there is no form of direct communication option) requesting to return the product and receive a refund. The company never responded. I sent the pansuit back and never received a refund.

Ordered a Jacket 90 Dollars on December 4 , 2022 today is June 16 2021 and I have not received the jacket. It seems Lestyleparfait is total scam. Their should be a legal action against them for stealing people's money like this

VERY disappointed in LeStyleParfait

I ordered a business suit and was VERY disappointed in the product. The color was off, the fabric wasn't what I expected and is was in no way an XL. I paid almost $200 for it. Today I received this email in response to my return request.

Subject: Your request for return is denied.

Sorry to tell that your return request RMA# BCPWX7RU is rejected. Reject reason: We shipped the size you selected, you may opt to exchange for a large size.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Total scam! Overpriced and not even close to what's pictured. Zero customer service. I ordered a "leather" jacket. Its a cheap piece of crap. Its lighter than a t-shirt and not even a decent fake leather. Im out $87.00. Its not even worth $15 dollars. Took forever to get here with zero communication for almost a week. What a rip off. Stay away from this horrible company! This jacket is garbage. One star is too generous for these crooks!
