Caroline's FAB Qi Gong classes

I have been joining Caroline's Qi Gong classes for 2 years now and I'm a convert. The workout movements are great for stretching and releasing tense muscles in the body and the breathing helps focus and relax the mind. A great combination that leaves me feeling calmer and more chilled after each session! And, Caroline is an excellent and easy to understand teacher. Recommended!

Dame Caroline’s Qigong classes

I always enjoy Caroline’s Qigong classes. She gives clear instructions on how to perform the Qigong movements, and explains the effects that the movements have on the body. Her knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is apparent, and helps in the understanding of the benefits of the exercises.
The classes are a mixture of a good workout and calming meditation, leaving one feeling both energised and very relaxed at the same time. I definitely benefit from them!

Study with a qigong master …

Caroline is a superb qigong practitioner and teacher. Her instruction is clear and the classes are a joy. I leave my daily stresses behind the moment we begin, and end each class mentally relaxed and with fresh energy to take on the world. The physical and emotional benefits are cumulative.

Important benefits of Qi gong Learning to practice Qigong with…

Learning to practice Qigong with Caroline is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my overall health . I choose qigong discipline in order to help me manage stress .Having practiced for two years , I can truly say that I am stronger mentally, physically and emotionally. I look forward to my classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and have the extra benefit of better quality sleep. Thank you Caroline.

A very enjoyable session of Qi-gong…

A very enjoyable session of Qi-gong under the trees. It's so relaxing and therapeutic to be outside amongst nature absorbing all the natural energy to be found there and coming away strengthened by it.

A thoroughly enjoyable session

What a lovely setting. The session flew by and we did some lovely stretches to release tension before going in to the flows. It was gentle and well paced and you could work to your own physical ability and was a thoroughly enjoyable session. Highly recommend Caroline as she explains everything as you go along which helps with the focus and understanding of energy and how it can be used to heal and strengthen immunity.

Had a fantastic 1-2-1 session with…

Had a fantastic 1-2-1 session with Caroline. After I had a couple of traumatic months, her intuition and knowledge gave me just the right tools to deal with the effects of stress and I was able to go away with some tools which I am looking forward to applying on a daily basis. Highly recommend!!

Less Stress More Energy

This is a course on Qigong. This ancient Chinese art of cultivating personal energy is based on the premise that your personal energy level can be improved by combining it with the energy that surrounds us through simple exercises.

This course is well designed and easy to follow from beginner to advanced. With Qigong you do not need to be a contortionist to perform any sequence. As a beginner, you do an approximation of the exercise and progress towards the ideal. Throughout each routine, the instructor will accompany it with a short narrative describing their purpose,(e.g. for the lungs, or improve your balance, etc.) and also when to inhale/exhale.

On the whole, the course is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Qualified, experienced and business-like

Caroline has been practising Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over three decades, and is a fully qualified instructor with a wealth of experience gained in the UK, China and the USA. She also has an excellent knowledge of pressure points and the flow of energy through the body's meridians. Her teaching style is relaxed but business-like, and she is sensitive to the different needs and expectations of her students. I would recommend her to both beginners and more advanced students of these increasingly popular traditional Chinese practices.

Caroline does an amazing job of sharing…

Caroline does an amazing job of sharing her knowledge and skills. I have learned so much from her over the last year, not just techniques, but the underlying beliefs and attitudes that help us to move energy through our bodies. I have trained with four other teachers and her ability to both do the techniques and teach them is by far the highest. If you have a opportunity to learn from Caroline, do a favour to your body and mind and take that opportunity.

Enjoyable and enriching

Every class with Caroline is an enjoyable and enriching experience. The exercises are clearly demonstrated and guided and consolidated with information as to their purpose and beneficial effect on the body and on the energy they generate. Each session is expertly crafted and conducted with enthusiasm, empathy care and humour. I would recommend these classes to anyone wanting to reduce stress and improve flexibility of mind and body and general wellbeing.

Caroline is a fabulous teacher. Her presence is so relaxing and therapeutic. The classes flow with such ease while raising energy for body, soul and mind. Excellent teacher: you'll be glad you started Qigong

I've been practicing Qigong with Caroline of Less Stress More Energy for around two years. She is an excellent teacher, calm, clear and thorough. Her classes are a mixture of stretching, flows and deep relaxation/meditation with lots of variety from week to week. They are an absolute joy to attend. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favour and sign up!

Qi Gong practice.. whats not to love?

I have been practicing Qi Gong with Dame Caroline Allen for almost 2 years. I had hoped this would compliment my existing yoga, meditation and fitness practice ... the sessions and the impact on my wellbeing, feeling of balance and connection, have by far exceeded any expectations. I have introduced many friends, including friends without any current fitness or wellbeing practice. All of them, without exception, have enjoyed it and benefitted positively!
I look forward to each and every session and I am never disappointed ..... Thank you Dame C!!

Qi Gong class with Caroline Allen

Caroline's class is lovely, I look forward to it every week and I always feel so relaxed afterwards.
Caroline has a very calming manner when delivering the session, and she makes following the moves very easy.
