As a teacher
As a teacher, they are trying to charge me for people asking for lessons so far away. It would never work for those folks to come weekly for lessons. Their targeting software is broken.
Worked out great
Worked out great. My son has the best golf instructor. I’ve hit the ball around the course for 20 plus years. Propper golf (Robert) is a true pro and I can’t say enough about his instruction for all levels. I’ve learned a lot also, but the lesson was for my 11 year old who hits it straighter than me after only a few lessons. I’m so impressed. I applied the same instruction and the results even impressed my friends at a best ball tournament. They were surprised how well I was playing and asked where did that come from. Really Robert is the real deal and if you want the best look no further. Very pleased and my son now enjoys a game we can play together for a long time.
Not worth the response fee
Well , I was happy with this service until they upgraded it. They used to charge $30 for 15 credits which was reasonable. Now they charge $11.69 per response. Its a ripoff. I have just responded to my last client. I wont continue with this service. They claim the client "only picked you". They are not a good company now. Whoever took over destroyed the integrity of the system.
Lessons.com steals client data and deletes profile information
My dashboard says that my account is not showing up in search results? I emailed lessons.com. I am not receiving any leads after I just purchased 50 lessons for $81.83. Also, I am not able to contact any of my past clients that I have paid for and need to stay in touch with. All of my clients have dissappeared? Shouldn't you have a back up of my account profile and clients? Lessons.com finally got back to me and said it was a technical issue. After one whole month of ignoring my questions about the technical issue, which was a blatent lie, they said they upgraded their site and did not back up my profile account information. Why didn't they tell us so that we could have copied our profile information and client list? I lost all of my account information including the clients I paid for. This company is a scam!
I have used Lessons.com for several…
I have used Lessons.com for several years now. I would say that I get approximately a 10-15% student rate. I am very happy with that %. For those that think the students aren't real, all you have to do is look at the reviews I have received from students. Like any other marketing plan, this is a numbers game. If out of 20 leads, I get 2 students, the service more than pays for itself. That said, I am not so enamored with the new format.
Misrepresenting their deposit
When I was on the phone with them I was on the fence on wether I wanted the service or not, but they told me to put the deposit down to hold my place and secure the deal as if it would be okay if I didn’t choose to go through with it, but after looking at our situation we couldn’t afford it, but Im still out $150 after contacting them directly and disputing the charge. They misrepresented themselves and take advantage of human psychology to make their money.
I’d urge anyone to not go through with this company just on principle
Had golf lesson w Blair Hamilton in…
Had golf lesson w Blair Hamilton in Charlotte NC and it was exceptional! Blair has played at the highest level but more importantly he can show you the strengths and weaknesses in your swing and what to feel in the improvement process. I’ve tried many other instructors but this was the best lesson I’ve ever had.
They make money off people buying…
They make money off people buying credits, which they claim to not refund. I'm still waiting on that, since its actually illegal.
No leads ever respond, they're most likely fake.
Spent money on their credits
Spent money on their credits, got the lead but most of the lead they send only view the msgs, never had a chance to have 2nd conversation!

puts you through a survey asking for personal info before providing any info on if they even have what you need.. this cannot be anything good..
Huge scam, do not join
I’ve had lessons for several years and have never had a legitimate lead actually contact me. They just keep reloading my first round of tokens for fake leads. I quit wasting my time after the first two years.

Scam
Scam. The people who message you are not real and either paid/made this site.
I could tell after the first request. Now I laugh cuz I read the names they use and they’re the gnarliest. “Yohan” “Samuel”
Scam

I logged on to lessons.com requesting information about a few topics. I got responses right away. I responded to 1 or 2. I live 2 hours away from where I was requesting these services. There was a lot involved and I was trying to see what was out there. I did recently sent a message to a teacher I was interested in and have not heard back
I just tried to sign on at it said I was temporarily banned by the owner. How unprofessional and obnoxious. The one people this hurts, are the professional people who sign up with you trying to make a living. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Had a very bad tennis class experience
Had a very bad tennis class experience.
To start with, tennis coach David sounded very promising for the first week. From second week onwards we had issues like he rescheduled our kids classes then, David took $400 from us in advance and did not reply back to our texts or phone calls. When we tried reaching him over the phone, his calls were directly going to voice mail.
David sorry to say we trusted you but, you seem to be unreliable and unprofessional.
It is a flat out scam
It is a flat out scam. Got two adults and 2 young people for lessons, to tease me. Then nothing for ocer18 months. Getting out today
I love this site
I love this site. I was able to build my private music studio from leads generated here. Highly recommended!
SCAM ALERT!!!
I've spent more than $40 on fake requests! all of them were scams. Seriously, how are they allowed to scam teachers?

My sister and I took Art lessons from Caroline. She was lovely. We learned a lot, used different mediums and subjects. She's very personable and enjoys teaching. It was a great experience. She's quite an artist.
Doesn't work, No one ever available
No matter where I go to find instructors for anything I want to learn, there is no one available. Complete waste of time and space.
