Superb customer service
Product quality is excellent but what sets it apart is their superb customer service. I faced with an issue with the delivery and VAT payment but Emilie was very quick to resolve the issue and I received my item on time too. Top notch!

I had an issue with an item I bought…
I had an issue with an item I bought and they replaced it with no drama at all and kept me in the loop about what was happening and when the item would arrive. Sofie K was one of the people I dealt with but they were all outstanding, 5 star service all round.

High-quality clothing and excellent customer service
The customer service at Les Deux was absolutely second to none! We ordered a suit when we were in France and needed it to be in the UK a few days later as it was needed for a party. The customer service team advised us and made sure that this could happen. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had ordered the items in the right size so that everything would be spot on on delivery!
The suit itself is amazing quality and has such a good cut. We will definitely re-order from Les Deux and highly recommend the company both for the high-quality clothing and the excellent customer service!

Fantastic customer service! Sofie K. of the Customer Care Team was really kind and efficient. I placed an order for a sweater for my son and I realized I made a mistake with the size.
