Never buy from le sablier

LE SABLIER — AN EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

Honestly, this company has seriously damaged my trust. I spent €155, ordered on October 8, and was supposed to receive my package on October 14. It is now October 17, and the tracking STILL says “LABEL CREATED.” Where is my order? Why is there no proper explanation?

And after researching this brand, I found multiple complaints from customers claiming they NEVER received their packages, alongside reports of unanswered emails and poor customer service. How can a company charge premium prices while customers are left chasing answers about orders they have already paid for?

The constant social media promotion and influencer marketing mean absolutely NOTHING if ordinary customers are struggling to receive their purchases. Sending products to influencers for publicity while paying customers report delivery problems is a terrible look for any brand.

€155 FOR THIS EXPERIENCE IS RIDICULOUS. Customers are not paying for pretty bottles, marketing campaigns, or empty promises. They are paying for products that should actually arrive, with customer service that should actually respond.

Based on my experience and the complaints I found, I have serious concerns about this company’s reliability. I would strongly advise people to investigate these reports before ordering.

LE SABLIER: STOP EXPECTING CUSTOMERS TO TRUST YOUR MARKETING AND START GIVING THEM THE SERVICE THEY ACTUALLY PAY FOR.
