Avoid!

The paper arrived damaged because it wasn't protected inside the box. It wasn't rolled, and the edges were left unprotected. It is extremely wrinkled with visible sharp fold marks. I requested a refund, but the company refused, blaming the shipping company and suggesting I shouldn't have accepted the package. However, the box itself was undamaged, which wouldn't lead anyone to suspect that the paper inside was so poorly handled. They failed to protect the paper and still refused to issue a refund. I am filing a claim with the European Consumer Centre. This company is both disappointing and disrespectful.
