The dress was a little small in the bust area I contacted Lerelo they were awesome... quickly sending the replacement.. they have great products well made and pretty much girlfriend loves them... this is #4 for her

This website store is a total scam.. Don't buy anything. They take your money and nothing... They actually double charged me. Same story.. I order, they send confirmation of order and then item has shipped with tracking number. Using the tracking number returns an "Item not found" message. I send an email and it's never been replied... Yep... Scam!!!

I ordered a dress and it didn't fit, it was too tight around my arms. I requested details for the refund process as I didn't really like the fabric either I didn't want to exchange. I was told I could keep the dress and would get a $9 compensation. When I told them I didn't want the dress and didn't have any use for it as it didn't fit I was offered a $15 compensation. If I wanted to return it I had to send it to a Dubai address on my own expense. I certainly won't buy anything else. What a scam!

Purchased 2 dresses 2/3/25 and was charged for them although I haven’t received them. I can’t reach anyone. There’s no phone number; only email address. I would not buy anything from them. They don’t respond to my emails and can’t request a refund.

Not an 'Appreciative Customer' at all !!! Unhappy customer more like it!! Quality of dress fabric (rayon) is definitely not worth the price paid!! Needing to exchange the size, this company (unlike others) allows you to keep the item but asks for another $16USD for them to post you a different size, which bumps up the total cost of the item. Customer service was terrible in the way they speak to you. Would never purchase from this company again - learnt my lesson in buying poor quality!

I love all my purchases! The colors were phenomenal! Very pretty colors! They all fit perfectly! Very fashionable and flattering! I would definitely purchase more in other colors!

I am not a fan of ordering online. I really liked the item in the picture, so I took a chance... So GLAD I did! The dress is so CUTE! I am already wearing it and have received many compliments. The fit is great, the item looks just like the picture, and the price was very affordable. I will be purchasing additional items from this online store.

I ordered a shirt and 2 dresses that looked beautiful on the website. They are all cut weird and therefore do not fit and do not look like they did in the pictures. The shirt was like a large everywhere except sleeves where it was very small and too tight on my arms. The long dress was too small in the mid area and too large everywhere else. The short dress was like a pillow case and looked very sloppy...no curves like there was in the picture. They will not give me a refund and instead offered to give me $15 for over $100 worth of clothing that doesn't fit at all because they are cut wrong and me keep the clothes I can not wear.

I love the dress it is beautiful however your emails were to few on the whole process of when my order was processed, shipped, and when it would be delivered.

Please provide more information on the order. An email stating you received payment and order being processed , email stating it's been shipped. The tracking number and customer service link I was given didn't work so I felt like I got scammed😞. Shipping was 7-10 days, I purchased it for my daughter's bridal shower...it didn't come until day 26 which was to late for the shower 😞

The dresses I ordered arrived within two weeks. I was pleased with the quality and the price. I have already received multiple compliments on them.

The dress was as it was presented. The fit is true to size. My order came pretty quickly. So far I really like the dress.

I love the clothes I have purchased from Lerelo! Trust reviews and sizing. Great quality and very reasonable prices. A little slow with delivery but, very worth the wait!!

I received my dress on time. It was just as described. I was well pleased.

Horrible experience. Ordered a dress two weeks ahead of a wedding. The tracking showed it never left the initial drop off location. When I emailed the company, they were less than helpful, saying to wait until the package arrives and then "reject" it. It was shipped USPS , so no opportunity to reject it as mailman will just leave it in my mailbox.

They were rude when I asked for clarification on what would happen if the shipment is lost.

This is NOT a US based company. They do not manufacture in the US. That is a lie. They are based in India. Their customer service is atrocious.

UPDATE: the dress arrived two days after my event. I "returned to sender" and received the cost of the dress back less the $14.99 shipping.

To pay that much in shipping and to not have the dress on time is very disappointing . Buyer beware .
