This broker keep me waiting for wtihdrawal money for 30 days plust. And still today when I'm writing this review my withdrawal is not processed.

And Today I also send the details complain to FSA this broker is Regulated by FSA but this is very sad we Trader usually tursted broker who are Regulated by FSA.

I feel so sad they are not paying out to profitable Trader. So Trader be carefull about this broker.

I want to send request to Trustpilot please add the photos attachment options then we can show the screenshoots to publicly about the fraud Company.

I was trading with LeoPrime from December 23 for about 3 months and when I was asking for withdrawal on 14th Feb they canceled all my profits the next day. Then I was asking for my deposit of 300usd but they are delaying it for over 3 months and canceled my withdrawal twice without reason. I`ve emailed them every week since and they said that they have passed my request to the relevant department... rubish...very poor customer service... when you make profits they cancel them the next day and when you ask money they delay you for months...be aware of LeoPrime... will not recomend them

Non Regulated broker as of AUG-5-23

Its a non regulated broker so your money cant be claimed in case of bankruptcy or issues. I made a deposit thru crypto scanning their address code and the deposit was reflected. Made a ticket and also without blockchain proof they blame that they haven't received. They claim fast Execution time but at test they have shown 600ms or more with a mt4 ping of 2.2ms.

Deposit transcation in crypto was lost. used credit card and after testing this broker decided to withdraw and the withdraw to crypto wallet was lost. Decided to create tickets and they never answer so their support deparment is also a scam.

After one year they decided to reply to this review... This confirm the same bad customer support on their site working with the tickets.

Have been trading with Leoprime for the past 1.3 years, and my trading acc. no. 5569860. They have an excellent customer support team. They provide prompt and swift solutions to resolving the issues.

I had an issue with my account 5551283 related to one of bank withdrawal, so as soon as I contacted the support it has been rectified over the live support, and I received my withdraw within few hours.

Kudos to the support team keep it up

Automatic withdrawal option is very much useful..

best broker for the reason is instant withdrawal.

Am grateful for Leo Prime been with them for years even though didn't have an investment have always had an excellent support . Recently also won a contest and they rewarded me 100/=. Sincerely I see it is a good broker to trade with there spreads are also nice.
Support team also are kind and quick in response when you need help to me that's a plus

I trade couple of months in LeoPrime. I think it's very good platform for Fx trading. The most I like the function of instant withdrawal for Neteller. The only thing is sometime the instant withdrawal are a little bit low. Other than that, everything working fine for deposit or withdrawal. Usually if huge amount withdrawal, it might takes 24-48 hours direct to your local bank account.
