My Shipment Never Delivered Lost in Way
I shipped an order containing my shoes that needed to be delivered in Lahore. My parcel was shipped on 01 January 2024. It is 22 january when i am writing this review. My shipped parcel still not delivered. When I checked tracking id, it is still not delivered. When i contacted their customer service the filed a complaint but after my complaint they never picked my phone. Now I cannot do anything. I lost PKR 3500 plus courier charges. I am repenting now, I should have used Pakistan Post instead of these thieves. Please if you read this rating, keep my advice with you to never ever use this scammed courier service otherwise after any issue takes place they will never assist you in any way.

Very very pathetic and poor service, i had 2 experiences with these idiots.
1. I MADE A SELLER ACCOUNT IN 2024 AND THEY REUINED. THEIR OPS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS SO RUBBISH.
2. I ORDERED A PARCEL, 8 DAYS AGO THE SELLER SAID THEY HAD DROPPED TO LEAPORDS SAME DAY, ITS BEEN 7 DAYS I STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL.

They use dishonest and fraudster riders. If they are in legitimate business they should have known that they have to use people who doesn't have criminal background, Also, they should have make their own training regarding the policies and they have to trained their riders with honesty and professionalism. I ordered some product from The cut price online platform and they used leopard courier services to deliver my order. On the other side I ordered another order from Maniya online platform. Prices were different on both platform. I live in the UK and ordered online because my mum is in Pakistan right now. So, I thought she will bring the stuff for me.
He saw that my uncle is in hurry and my uncle mixed up with my other order as he recieved a call from another platform 5 minutes ago about 29400 rupees and when your rider arrived my uncle was going to funeral and he thought he is the same one who called for 29400. That's why he counted infront of him and gave it to him without seeing the receipt on the parcel. Your rider should have told him that order is not that much. He picked the opportunity of confusion and took the money from my uncle this is called dishonesty. Now the Cut Price people are saying we are not responsible than who is responsible. As I trust the Cut price prople and they trusted Leopard courier services. It means people are trusting the Leopard courier servies to use trustworthy people not fraudsters.That's why Pakistan still not have ebay and amazon like services yet. Even India have these two platforms. Now I understand why. I always wonder why these two services are not in Pakistan. It's a shame for good people who are living in Pakistan. Only because of some bad people all others are surviving.
I suggest never ever use them. They are not trustworthy.

Well they would take package and then after two days they will say delivery area is out of range to charge you 40% more. Their customer service also suck.. why ? because they will tell you they are going to charge more but they wont tell you about refund or anything.

I talk to Sayeda Aiman and she did not even type a single message she uses all the pre written replyes I said aslamualikum in return no answer straight forward my shipment will reach 6pm and it is funny I am waiting for that 6pm for 2 days and no call from delivery boy it seems like they hired robots as a customer service agents who don't help I asked for delivery boy phone number and they rejected my request.

I had an awful experience with this courier company. The delivery guy didn’t bother to contact me at all, and without even trying to deliver, they just marked the parcel for return. It’s as if they have no intention of fulfilling their service properly. I’ve tried contacting them, but the lack of communication and professionalism is shocking.
Honestly, it feels more like a scam than a legitimate business. How can a courier service operate like this and expect people to trust them? I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company. They clearly don't care about their customers or their packages.

I booked parcel on 13 july, and they delivered after 4 days, according to their policy, they pay sellers after 14-15 days of parcel booking, but it's been more than 25 days and still not been paid, I visited their shop more than 3 times and they always say that payment will be sent within 1or 2 days, then I contacted their customer support, and they are very unprofessional, I asked them to register my complaint but they said we will not bcz this issue will be handled by leopard shop manager. So that's my ezxperience.

This company is Scam (RK552859700. Complaint ID: 1643004). We booked shipment on 18.07.2024 from Rawalakot to Haripur. They kept the item In Rawalakot and never transported item to Haripur and keep updating their website with fake progress. The parcel had even phone number written on it which they never tried. I continuously track the item and noticed on 20.07.2024 that they wrote something "Refused due to cancellation". I immediately contacted to Leopard customer service and they wrote my complaint but after 2 days I could see that they show the update that packet is transported back to Rawalakot. Later I attempted several time to contact to them either landline, whatsapp or their website and they never answered. The fact is that it was never transport because if it was transported then they could keep the item in Haripur for self pick up which they never done. Now my friend picked the item back from Rawalakot on 25.07.2024 and I can still see that they are keep updating their website that "Item is out for delivery" though item is already picked up about 8 hours ago. Now we will use Pakistan post for this packet. This is not first time but one of my friend got the same service a true copy/paste. Unfortunately, my friend who booked the item for me, did not consult with me otherwise I would never suggest him these scammers. Anyway, I am trying to find a way to report this company to Pakistani Govt.
