Horrible Experience with the OWNER Directly!
Since I arrived to Canada 1 year ago, I have made 4 frames at their store since I found the team very helpful, friendly, great quality and affordable prices.
They used to always offer me free tints when I buy a prescribed sunglasses.
This time, I have bought a Rayban Meta AI Glasses and since I was informed that I cant buy a prescribed original Rayban glasses, I decided to head to their branch at Mall Champlain as am used to them.
This time I met the owner personally and I was shocked that I had to re-explain my request more than 2 times to ensure they got me well and their prices were extremely more expensive than usual. He decided to charge me for the tints and the cost have been much more expensive than usual given I have already the frame which is usually the most expensive part. Anyway when I mentioned usually I have a written document of the offers, they dont charge me for the tints, he said that was an offer and we cannot do it this time! I said no one mentioned this to me and im a loyal customer and I always refer customers to you, he said we can do nothing , it is what it is.
I was surprised with his treatment since his is the owner, horrible customer experience! He doesnt know how to retain loyal customers - sad for this brand! - I left the store without accepting to do the work with them. They lost me forever!
