I am writing this to formally complain about a major settlement discrepancy on four (4) of my tickets. Despite the official match results showing these were wins, Leonbets has settled them incorrectly.

Match: Jakarta Pertamina W vs. Jakarta Popsivo Polwan. Final Score: 1-3. These were initially marked as "Lost." After my complaint, they were updated to "Void" (1.00 odds). This is a completed, official match and should be settled as a WIN. Changing a win to "Void" after a complaint is a violation of fair betting rules.

Match: Stoke City vs. Sheffield Wednesday. Market: "Half 2: Home Team Clean Sheet." Stoke City kept a clean sheet in the 2nd half of their 2:0 victory (HT 1:0). Despite this being a clear win, these bets were marked as "Lost."
​I am a verified customer, Ogunleke Sunday Ezekiel (ID: 715652548). I have already emailed support at help and support with full screenshots of the official results, but I have received no response. I am requesting the full payout of my winnings immediately.

They are fraudsters. Please, people should not embark on doing anything with them. At the begining that you earn small amount of money they will pay to make you continue with them. when you get a lot of money they will decline to pay you.

When requesting account varification, they kept requesting documentation to which doesnt exist. I will post all the details if this continues. I used bitmart (crypto exchange for deposit. I even contacted them directly ( have email from the company with what they were requesting, and they even explained they dont have such documentation to which theu requested. They are witholding $10,000. I lost $2500 (my fault,) but mainly due to having to login and fight with them throughout the day. It appears they use this as a tactic to get players frustrated and loose their money as they have a reverse withdrawal option.
