The best AI I've ever used, I just love this app!

They promptly responded to my email and worked diligently to resolve my issue. They explained why I had the problem and guided me to valuable resources to learn how to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend using Leonardo.Ai. Not only is it reasonably priced, but the results speak for themselves and are above par!

Mark G, a guy from the help team, was very patient with me and really helped me out and gave me a solution to my problem.

Aside from it being a decent generator, 2 things are very wrong about this platform:

1 - I signed up for unlimited. But then after a while, they slap you on the hand by sending you an email basically saying, "Aren't you going a little fast there, buddy? We want to give other creators a chance too. So we're gonna slow you down. Oh, but if you want to go faster, just buy more credits." This is a disgusting business practice. Overpromising, then putting some limitations and contingents in the fine print, then gaslighting me that it's about "other creators" and then selling me the solution for the problem that I thought didn't exist because I paid for the unlimited plan. Here in the reply, they are assuming that I'm talking about the limited video models, but I was talking about Motion 2.0 Fast, which they advertise as unlimited, but if you go too fast, they limit you, they slow you down. And then try to sell you more credits. Their answer here doesn't address the underlying issue.

2 - They censor EVERYTHING! Child? Censored. Young? Censored. Sword fight? Censored. Simply dressed? Censored. Fainting? Censored. Oh, but BIKINI is NOT censored. WTFfffreak. So, just a regular action scene has to be described by "holding weapons in a heated confrontation". Oh, and they never say WHY it got censored. Which word was off, which reference image looked too young for some reason. You just have to guess and try again. Look, I know the world is an ugly place and there are trafficking rings and pedos all over the world, but give me a break, man. Any person with a brain looking at the images or videos I'm trying to create knows it's far from that. Train your ai to be that person. It's too stupid.

I have been enjoying this software. The customer service is good and the representatives are very responsive and considerate. Thank you Fin and Jefren for your support.

Customer service at Leonardo.ai is topnotch and I am especially grateful for the way Mark and Finn handled my case. They were attentive, thorough, professional and refused to give up until my case was completely resolved to my satisfaction.

Great product and great customer service. I didn't need the service anymore and a bit of confusion with the UX led to me accidentally renewing when I was trying to cancel. Rep Mark G. solved everything for me cleanly and quickly with cancellation and refund.

If you're reading this at Leonardo, please just make it simpler to cancel from a three month pause.

Mark G was a great help. Very attentive and followed up to make sure I was able to figure out my payment plan. Didn't know my bank wouldn't pay to Austrailia, and Mark brought it up right away! Leonardo AI is almost perfect from a technical and creative standpoint.
The image quality is outstanding, the variety of styles is impressive, and the interface is intuitive and well optimized for both beginners and professionals. It is easily one of the best AI image generation platforms available right now.

However, there is one very serious and unacceptable issue that ruins the overall experience:
after canceling the paid subscription, the platform continues to charge your card / bank account in the following months.

This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable for a premium service. Subscription cancellation should be clear, final, and immediately respected, without hidden charges or unpleasant surprises. Unfortunately, this problem seriously affects trust in the platform.

👉 Conclusion:
Leonardo AI is excellent in almost every way, but the subscription and billing management is very poorly handled. If this issue were fixed, it would easily be a 5-star product.
