Paul at Leonard James has been brilliant. He helped guide my elderly mum through everything, worked tirelessly to get the sale through and supported us the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough and five stars does not seem enough for everything they have done .

Now that things have settled after a move just before Christmas, I wanted to take the time to write and thank Paul and the team at Leonard James Properties for the utterly incredible service we received when purchasing our new home through them.
We found our new home by chance and online initially, the pictures looked great, and when we called Paul to book a viewing, he was really flexible in helping us work around our shifts to get over and see it. On viewing, the house, it was even better than we thought. We fell in love with it instantly and it wasn't long before Paul was on the phone and checking to see how things went. We made an offer, and soon got a call back to say that it had been accepted.
From there, we got a check in call at least once a week, regular emails with updates and advice, Paul sent us details of some Solicitors he had worked with before (we had asked as we werent sure who to use, but there was no pressure or "sell"), and when things started to slow down with the sale of our old property, Paul stepped in to support us, reassured us and he personally played a key part in keeping everything on track.
He was awesome, and an amazing support.
We were welcomed to our new home with a bottle of champagne too! (Which was a nice touch).
Genuinely cant speak highly enough, top guy to have in your corner, honest, open and decent throughout.
Im hoping we will never have to move again, but if we do, we will definitely be turning to Paul.
