Still NO response, NO solution, and NO payment from Leon Casino.
It has now been more than two weeks since they opened ticket #LEMN-273065 (on May 11th) claiming my file was sent to a 'specialized team'. They are currently completely ignoring the official mediation reminders on LCB and refusing to provide any next steps regarding my €7,000 balance.

WARNING: Leon bet is a scam. I have IRREFUTABLE PROOF (Official email from March and 17th) that they manually verified my French ID and French Bank details (RIB). They accepted my deposits and even paid a small withdrawal to my French account. But now that I won €7,000, they closed my account and stole my winnings citing 'restricted territory'.
• They officially waived their own rules by validating my French documents and then used the same rules to steal my money. I have filed reports with the Anjouan Gaming Board and Curacao authorities. I will not stop until my €7,000 is paid. STAY AWAY

Warning about Leon Bet. I was VIP for 4+ years until I won 600k+. Suddenly they blocked my account during “KYC” — even though I’d done KYC before. They kept my winnings AND my deposit.

I’m a fair player, only sports bets. They used terms 7.1 & 7.2 to block me with no explanation. Looks like they just don’t pay big winners. VIP means nothing, support is useless. Don’t risk your money here.

I have always played at this betting site, making regular deposits and withdrawals. Recently, I won an amount of 1100€, from which I requested a withdrawal of only 900€, leaving 200€ in my account.
And they are not letting me withdraw the money...

I received this email:

"Hello,

Due to technical reasons, the processing time for withdrawals has been extended. The completion of the withdrawal may take a little longer than usual.

However, I have friends who withdraw smaller amounts, never receive this email, and get the money in their accounts within hours...
I really like this casino, but unfortunately, it is giving me problems... I will come back here to give you an update on whether this casino is actually trustworthy or not when it comes to higher amounts, but for now, it seems a bit shady...
As a streamer, I am a bit skeptical and will not be advising my followers to play at this betting site for the time being.

Absolute fraud

They take all your deposits. Then when you win they won't release them to you until you verify your account.. which i thought was already done when u sign up but what ever, no big deal.. You try and verify your account, they ask for ID you provide it, they ask for a photo of your card, no big deal black out the middle number and the cvc.. You'd think thats it ok . NO! They then ask you for a document from your bank that has your Name, Address, acount transactions and Card Number.. (My bank doesn't have this document with a card number on it!) Days go by and after sending constant screenshots and messages wasting time they still refuse to release funds even after all the proof of account was done. ..including a live facial recognition ti match to your id..

As of this moment its been 3 DAYS .
Still no funds released and another screen shot from the chat with my bank confirming theres is not any avalible pdf documentation that has card numbers on it avalible... Thief's And Scammers .

I would like to share my experience with LeonBet and warn other users about the way my case has been handled.

On February 29, I deposited €10 into my LeonBet account and placed a bet with odds of approximately 850 around 11:28 AM. The bet won successfully, increasing my balance to approximately €8,500.

After the win, I requested withdrawals, but they remained in “pending” status for a long period without any clear explanation. Shortly afterward, LeonBet requested full KYC verification documents, including my ID, proof of address/bank statements, and a selfie holding my identification document together with the name “LeonBet” and the current date. I provided everything requested, and all documents were accepted without any issues.

Even after completing the entire verification process, my withdrawals continued to remain pending. Later, I was informed that I needed to complete a verification video call in English, despite being Portuguese and not fully fluent in the language. Nevertheless, I fully cooperated and answered all questions to the best of my ability.

After this, I continued using the casino normally, and through casino games my balance later reached approximately €11,500. Shortly afterward, my access was suddenly restricted, and both my casino account and sports betting access were completely blocked.

A few hours after the video verification, I received a message informing me that my account would be closed/blocked. No concrete evidence, detailed explanation, or valid justification was provided. The casino only made a vague reference to an alleged violation of the Terms and Conditions, which I reviewed and strongly believe I did not violate in any way.

In addition, after my winning bet, my account history became inaccessible, and I was only informed that my account was “under review.”

What makes this situation even more concerning is that, despite trying to resolve the issue through Casino Guru, LeonBet still refuses to pay my winnings or provide any transparent evidence supporting their decision.

I simply want to receive the money that I legitimately won and resolve this situation fairly and transparently.

In my opinion, the entire process has been handled unfairly and without transparency. I cooperated with every verification request, yet my funds continue to be withheld without proper justification.

I hope this review helps other players stay informed before using this platform.
