Lenzi Bike is a serious company. They offer good service, and I can strongly recommend to do business with them. I live in Denmark, and ordered a bike from them. It arrived with me in Denmark as agreed. But I ordered a wrong bike (ordered a male-version, it should have been a trapez-version). They helped me return the bike and refunded me the price of the bike. I will be happy to deal with Lenzi Bike again :)
