Amazing process from Lenus Clinic, very easy from start to finish. The surgery went very smoothly and they are happy to answer all questions you have. The staff are super friendly.

I can't praise them enough for their exceptional hospitality and thorough procedural explanations. From the initial consultation to the completion of the hair transplant surgery to the after care, every step was meticulously detailed, including the root cause of hair fall. Moreover, they provided the most hospitable environment to combat the possible anxieties. I'll be eagerly awaiting and sharing the progress of my hair regrowth in the coming months."

Thought I'll give my review after 5 months on shows growth where transplant area was. But few things that I didn't like. One thing is them telling me I needed stem cell treatment after I paid for a fue transplant. I felt pressured to do this. After some research stem cell treatment usually takes 3 hours for them to mix the stem cells and inject them back in scalp. This took this clinic 30 minutes? Feel like it's a scam so be wary of this. Also when getting the treatment one of the technicians finished her part, then put on Lady Gaga song come on come on and then started singing it loudly to the other technician still doing my hair? Which was very unprofessional. Also be very wary at the end they pull you into a room and try to sell you all the shampoo you need and after-care which is about £1200. They make you feel really pressured to buy it, which I didn't. This should be shown at the beginning before you pay for your treatment.

Despite my initial nerves, the **pain was minimal**, and I was constantly informed of what was happening — something that really helped put me at ease.

All areas covered. Nice hotel, taxi pick up from the airport and hotel. All the information i needed was given and I asked a lot of questions. Dieing the procedure they kept me informed as to what was happening All the way through. I would recommend using their services. I'll post a before and after photo in 8 months.

Extremely pleased with the service and the whole experience. The entire team of Doctor, nurses, co-ordinator were excellent. The co-ordinator / chaperone Beyza was brilliant - having a point of contact and someone who was always available to go through things, answer queries, meet and drop off at hospital entrance was invaluable. A professional and efficient service.

Excellent program, professional staff with tons of experience, they make you feel comfortable with the process. They are very accommodating and the Drs. are very knowledgeable. You can see that they have an incredible amount of before and after photos with all types of cases including complex hair loss with incredible SUCCESSFUL Results. I could have not expected or experienced a better patient journey through this procedure. Very please, happy and grateful. Excellent communication skills !!! You will not be disappointed!!

Very kind staff. Procedure takes about 7-8 hours. Procedure slightly painful in the beginning due anesthesia. It goes away quickly and procedure goes by quick. I also went in for coolsculpting, which the clinic accomdated and drove me to the another clinic to do. So if you have extra procedures you'd like to do Lenus clinic are happy to help. The doctor assistant Deniz speaks very good English and explains procedures real well and coordinates everything on time. Only complaint I really have is they try to sell you more stuff, such as extra procedures and hair products which isn't included in your plan. Felt like I was taken advantage of a bit and it also gave me the illusion that procedure may not be reliable due trying to sell you hair products. I spent little more than what I expected which changed my opinion about the clinic. Sadly, I changed my review to 4 stars due to that. I recommend to try them out ,but do your research first before jumping into paying extra.

I had an amazing experience with Lenus Clinic and the entire team. Special mention to Esra, Deniz, and Furkan the driver who’s picking me up from the hotel to the clinic everyday, and everyone who have been communicating with me from two years ago up until now. They’ve been incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and concerns.

They took great care of me from the very beginning of my hair transplant journey all the way through to the end. It was truly worth it, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering the procedure. The people here are amazing, and the level of service is incomparable.

I highly recommend Lenus clinic, I was a bit nervous about making the journey all the way from Canada, but Im glad I made the decision to come. The Staff are very friendly and professional, their clinic is also located inside a hospital , so rest assured you will be in the right place. I looked elsewhere before coming to Lenus but I couldn't get the same customer service , great price and like I said the most friendliest staff. If you are thinking of going to lenus clinic don't think twice, the work done on my hair is absolutely amazing, they take great care and pride in what they do. Matt the receptionist at the clinic is an amazing man , he will help you in anything needed with a smile. also Deniz the doctor assistant greeted me as I arrived in the luxury van they provide to and from the hotel which is also provided in the package. One of the most friendliest person I met in Istanbul. She's very knowledgeable in what she does and will answer any question promptly with a smile. She explained the whole process from beginning to the end and honestly she made the experience a lot smoother. I'm glad I came to Lenus clinic and please don't think too much and make your journey to Lenus , they will take care of you like one of their own.

I had a hair transplant on 2/22/25 . Hotel and rid arrangements was good. Staff was very good. But I saw few negative things. 1) they took blood test 10 minutes before hair transplant. According to other clinics online they take blood test one day before surgery. 2) During the procedure thw female nurse cleaned all hair transplant tools with regular tap water and returned it back into her poch. Medically unhygienic and unsafe. I reported to my coordinator sinem. 3) the female nurse also had her mask half on and half off, she was talking throughout the entire process. It could contaminate the wound or the medical equipments. They replied about bool test . They said we do blood test on hair transplant day. My blood test taken 10 minutes before hair transplant. How you can test blood test in 10 minutes 🤔. Blood test results take time. Other clinics do blood tests 1 day before surgery.

On procedure day, I met Beyza, who guided me through registration with warmth and professionalism. The medical team, led by the surgeon, took time to explain everything. They carefully marked out the treatment areas and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The actual transplant was surprisingly comfortable - I even dozed off several times! The only mild discomfort came during the initial numbing process, which they managed by using a smaller needle first to minimize any pain.

Post-procedure care was equally impressive. They provided lunch and sent me back to the hotel with a comprehensive care package including special pillows, pain medication, anti-swelling medication, antibiotics, and specialized shampoo. I'm scheduled for a follow-up tomorrow for bandage removal and hair washing instructions.

It’s been 20 months since my hair transplant, quite disappointed with the thickness of the hair.

I was a bit apprehensive before arriving. Absolutely no need upon arrival. Taxi waiting for the hotel.which was lovely by the way. Everybody at the clinic made me feel so at ease. And the lady that guided me through the whole procedure became like family. Fantastic results, fantastic people, fantastic hotel, I just cannot rate the whole Lenus clinic procedure highly enough.

I have had an exceptional 5 star experience with Lenus Clinic! Right from my arrival, transfer service & hotel through to the procedure the service has been highly commendable! My patient co-ordinator and assistant Begum has been most helpful and stayed with me throughout the process. Communication has been fantastic! The Doctors and medical staff have been incredible. They were very helpful, thorough and gave quality care and treatment! I highly recommend them. They have given me very attentive and caring service throughout! The aftercare is also thorough and of a very high standard! It was completely painless during the procedure and the medical team kept me updated with what they were doing through every stage. They filled my receeding hairline completely and with precision and attention to detail. The result looks fantastic and I can't wait to see the result after it grows back in the coming 12 months!
