Delayed delivery and a little confusion about the product

1. The delivery by GLS had some problems, the package was sent to a gls shop, but after I received the msg for picking up, the gls shop could not find my package. I had to contact gls twice to figure out the problem, and picked my package up at another gls shop. So it took 2-3 extra days to get the package

2. The items 'Lilien hygiene' I received does look the same as the picture, so I could not find the same description on the website on the product itself. I just hope the product is fine.

No warning of green signs on lenses!!!

There were no warning that toric lenses from Dailies (Alcon) would be with GREEN signs on them. I would buy lenses from another producer then. I feel cheated now as I bought a bulk of those lenses and Lentiamo refuses to refund or replace them.

We are sorry that you're not happy with the lenses you've ordered. The indicator on the lenses shouldn't be disturbing or visible when you wear the lenses. We recommend you to order lenses you've tried out together with an optician or eye doctor, so that you fully know in advance how the lenses look like, work and fit for your eyes. It's possible to return boxes of lenses as long as they are unopened. If there is something wrong with the lenses, you can do a reclamation, please send us then your prescription for the lenses, the LOT number of the boxes and explain the fault of the lenses. From your description and the pictures you've sent us, these green marks looks like the normal indicators that shouldn't be disturbing or visible when wearing them. Anyway we are sorry, that you aren't satisfied with the lenses. If you have any further question, or if we can help you in any other way, please contact us at info@lentiamo.se.

Man får ikke rabatten som lovede gennem isic med den begrundelse at det ikke virker pp der hjemmeside og dermed fralægger sit ansvar.

U don't get the discount for isic as promise on there homepage as promise and then the just say that it's isic problem and don't pay u the discount.

Neither "next day delivery", nor 6th day delivery!

Why to write on the website, "next day delivery", if today is the 6th day!!! since I have paid, and the item is still NOT delivered?? You confuse your buyers and do not keep your promises.
It is my second time I buy from you, and also second time with a huge delay in delivery, so this time is the last time.
Keep away. There are many others on the market to buy from.

Hello Xenia,
I have checked your order, and I see that the parcel was sent from our warehouse on Friday, June 1. According to the parcel tracking, it is still in transit, and should hopefully arrive today. I am sorry if you supposedly experienced delays in the delivery, the first time you ordered. However, you have chosen delivery with GLS, which usually takes two-three working days, excluding the day that you placed the order. This is stated cleary on our website, if you read the information.So we do in fact keep our promise. I am therefore not sure why you are referring to next day delivery when you have cleary not chosen this option?? Your review is therefore inaccurate and not true.

I have checked your order, and I can see that it was delivered within the promised two-three working days of delivery. It was dispatched on May 14, so that day does not count in the two-three working days.
