I haven't recieved my contact lens till now, 10 days after purchased already
I don't know what happened. No notice or information about it. Normally it comes quick. Therefore, I feel upset.

Expected delivery 2-12 days - took 10 to process
Really, If I am buying contacts from web, I expect a reasonable processing time. It took 10 days to process the order and 3 to deliver. It's not 1990's anymore.

Regrettably we do not have every lens prescription in stock for same day dispatch. This is why the estimated delivery time for your order was 2-12 working days. This time frame enables us to order and receive your lens from the manufacturer, and for you to receive them at your home.
We have checked your orders process and we can see that your order was dispatched from our warehouse on the fifth working day and you received the lenses within the estimated delivery time. It is unfortunate that we could not provide you your lenses sooner, however we hope in the future you are able to place an order before you run out of lenses.
If you would like to know the stock level of your lenses before placing your order, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team and they will provide you with updated information.
