Extremely fast response and good service, I did the order and did pay attention in PayPal and filled in wrong mail address, send a mail, got instant response and next day tracking code and two days later it got delivered to the right address and was also very good packed.
Still need to test the product it selfs, but looks and feels very well.
Lots of shops can learn from this kind of service ;).

I has been several years since you assisted me with the selection of a Lensmaster RH-2 and I could not be more pleased with it. It has accompanied me on many a birding trip and I often use it in place a conventional ball heads for event photography. I can't recall how long ago I bought my RH-2, but it functions effortlessly, dependably, and it stays in my gear bag permanently. Of all the photographic gear I have purchased over the years, my Lensmaster RH-2 is the most enduring, utile value in my kit.
Although we have not spoken in some time, I have confidently recommended your products through the years. I have no complaints or requests for product service, as your gimbals are engineering works of simplistic function and beauty. They just work. An occasional dab of fresh grease on the pivot bearings is all that is required to keep it functioning in tip-top shape.
Please include me in your long list of very satisfied customers and feel free to quote my comments any time they might serve your best advantage. It is so refreshing to buy something that just works as advertised, and keeps on working without fail for years.
